Martha was our driver and tour guide and was outstanding

We wanted to go on the salt lake City drive tour. But when we went to sign up we had to pick a hotel that we wanted to get picked up from in order to make the booking.. We were not staying in salt lake City for an hour away from it so we didn't know what hotels. I called Viator And ask them what hotel was going to be the first three pickups on their list so that I could try and find out about the parking there. The lady from Viator called twice At 8:00 and 9:00 but there was never an answer from the tour company. So then I had to call different hotels and asked if we could park in their lot and the answer was No, It was for ther guests. After about an hour and a half of trying to figure out where we could park in the city we were unfamiliar with so that we can get picked up at a hotel we chose Holiday inn Express . We got there an hour and a half early At 12:30 because we Didn't know where they would start doing their pickups first and there was probably about 15 hotels listed. The tour was supposed to start at 2:00. At 2:10 I called Viator and asked them to find out where they were. Viator could not get a hold of the company. Then Viator told me they would issue a refund. We wanted to see salt lake City which we had never seen and we spent 3 hours of wasted time trying to make the reservation and then waiting for a ride that never came. Our suggestion to Viator is that instead of telling people where they will get picked up and having that as the only option of booking the trip, you should expand the listing to say this is our starting point. Where would you like to meet us and then people who could either drive to the starting point themselves or they could request to be picked up at the hotel. Very very unhappy with our time being wasted!

Great overview of entire area! We had a fantastic experience. Loved the stop at the capitol building! Loved learning so much of the history. So great to see tabernacle and listen to the organ and see all of the buildings!

We really enjoyed the tour and our guide was so awesome, so knowledgeable.

We really enjoyed this tour of the city and Ella was full of great information. My favorite was probably the Pioneer village. I could have probably stayed there a little longer. Recommend this to anyone wanting to get a history of SLC and to get familiar with the layout of the city.

Really great itinerary. We were only in town for a day. This was perfect.

Took us places the walking tour couldn’t take us due to distances. Helped us in getting a more complete picture of Utah/Salt Lake City history.

Myra did a great job taking us around SLC. She’s enthusiastic, and you can tell she loves this city. We got to hear the tabernacle organ recital.

It was a great tour of the city. We saw many things in the city of Salt Lake. Ann was super knowledgeable and we even ended up with a private tour. I highly recommend. The whole family enjoyed it.
