Papillon does not call to confirm times/place to pick you up, they expect YOU to do it. We were given wrong time on Viator site to be picked up and had to Uber to the airport at our own expense. They said they would reimburse us but they haven't as of yet. Also, when trying to deal with this mishap on the morning of, we were transferred three times on the phone COLD so that I had to re-explain everything 3 separate times. The pilot was great and overall experience was good but Papillon needs to really step up their customer service if they expect repeat business.

The helicopter ride was as smooth as silk, the pilot was experienced, and a fabulous guide. We thoroughly enjoyed it, the views were so spectacular ! The Skywalk was really fantastic, and we enjoyed the slight rock climbing we did after the tram ride out to the other site ( blanking out on the name). A great experience all in all!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every single person who we came into contact with were amazing, friendly and professional. Pick up was on time, and speedy on our departure from our return leg. A special thank you to Elliot our pilot, friendly and funny, shown us all the points while flying in the air. Between Elliot and the ground staff we felt in very safe hands. We felt like VIP’s

The excursion was wonderful! We had a smooth helicopter ride, the pilot was friendly and capable, the Sky Walk was exhilarating, the meal to go was satisfying, and the history of the Hualapai people was sobering and realistic. Our only complaint is that we NEVER got any indication of what time to be at the hotel for pickup. Everything in our paperwork said 11:30, so at 9:30, when the driver called me, my daughter and I had to scramble to get ready, drive ourselves to the airport, and made the tour with five minutes to spare—there must be better communication! The trip was my daughter’s birthday gift. I would’ve been heartbroken to have missed it. Be clear with the pickup time, or call guests the day before with the time for pickup. Better yet, put it in the multiple emails that I received, none of which stated anything but 11:30.

Our pilot Rafael was excellent! He alleviated any fears we had of flying in heli first time. Wish we had more time to spend on the rim. Only bad was disorganization at the rim. Staff misdirected us. Didn’t know how lunch p/u worked so we wasted time.

Taking the helicopter gave us not only gorgeous views but the time needed to do all the excursions available on the ground. Our pilot was wonderful, informative, and funny. Recommend this experience for all ages.

This was worth the money! Very professionally run company and our pilot Rafael was entertaining, well versed on the history of the area and pointed out sites as we practically floated by. The ride included headsets so rotor noise was minimal and we could hear the pilot and ask questions. Lunch was included and we ate at Guana Point overlooking the canyon. Great view! The lunch was listed as a takeaway lunch but it was like home cooked pot roast, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and biscuit. We paid extra for the Skywalk and that was an amazing view to below. All-in-all a great trip!

This was an amazing experience. The pilot was very informative, polite, and friendly. The views from the helicopter were amazing. This was definitely a bucket list experience.

Please remember to take I.d. An absolutely brilliant excursion from start to finish. From information, pick up tour it’s self right to the end, just amazing. The lady that booked us in was so helpful. Our pilot Mike was so good at relaxing everyone and his information and humour was worth the trip itself. Absolutely first class and the scenery…just jaw dropping. This tour is a must and well worth flying from the UK to Vegas and taking this unforgettable tour which we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you all.

Great, smooth ride. We were 1st time helicopter riders. Pilot, Robin, kept us laughing and relaxed.
