Sara is absolutely incredible! We had the best time. She was so knowledgeable and kind to us. The food was wonderful and the experience was absolutely amazing! The empanadas were INCREDIBLE. We also got to learn a lot about Colombian history and the surrounding area of Medellin. What truly sets this tour apart, is you get to see an authentic Colombian evening walking around town, trying incredible food, with an excellent guide!
Sara was an amazing guide! She knew so much about the culture and history and took us to the best food spots! I would recommend this tour with Sara with friends and family!

Absolutely amazing experience! Ericka was incredible from start to finish — so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour so much fun. The food was delicious at every stop, but honestly, she was what made the experience truly special. We left completely full and already talking about coming back to try more tours. So fun. Got to see a great little town with very colorful scenery. Food choices were great. Our guide, Laura, was absolutely amazing. She shared a lot of local information and was fun! She was so easy to be with and the conversation never faultered. The food choices were amazing. Really was great to get out of the tourist regular spots and see local culture!
My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Sara as our guide. She picked us up at our hotel and took us to a local market to try exotic Colombian fruit. We had never tasted anything like it. We then headed to Sabaneta, a very charming part of Greater Medellin. We went to several small restaurants and tried various types of Colombian food. It was delicious and we felt fine the next day! However, the real highlight of the tour was Sara’s knowledge and engaging, friendly personality. She shared insights about history, culture, local life and even local plants. Great experience. Received confirmation prior to the tour date and updates in the day of as there was a slight delay due to traffic. Very good communication.!!! The tour was informative and there was plenty of food and drink. Andres made accommodations for some of the food preferences of our group and really went out of his way to give us a great experience!!! It wad nice to get out of the city and see how locals live. We just completed a Private Medellin Food Tour with Erica as our guide. We had an absolutely amazing time with Erica. Her english was perfect, she had a great sense of humor, and was able to provide us full details snd history about the food we sampled. She was also willing to share some of here family history so we had a better understanding of the culture here in Colombia. Would highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour and Ericka was a total blast. We had so many laughs and she was very informative. You couldn’t have picked a better person to guide us 4 as we got along just fine right from the first introduction to us saying good bye.
