Would never book with TripAdvisor again. I arrived at my appointment, and the business did not have e my appointment. So I had to leave and come back, and I did not get the treatment that I originally booked.
It by far isn’t the fanciest of spa but the service is top notch. Hanane serviced us for our massage and bath experience and she was great!!!
The staff was very accommodating! It was an excellent and relaxing experience! Would do it again as well as recommend it for others to do!
I have never done a Hammam Massage and it was wonderful. Hannan from Morocco was wonderful. Me, my sister and friend all had a massage. Only thing I think there should have been 1 masseuse for each person.
My first hammam experience. Hope it won't be my only. The back scrub was long overdue. I'd never done a steam room, so I was overwhelmed initially. After the massage, I was TOTALLY relaxed. It made the long trip home more comfortable.
I had an amazing experience here. This is a must do while visiting Dubai. My skin days later is as soft as a baby’s behind. My skin is glowing.

Hannanne Was my hammam guide. Everyone at the salon was very professional and warm. It was very relaxing, They made everything including pickup and delivery very very easy. Hannanne was very sweet and perfect.
I love massage candles and it is always my first choice. During my trip to Thailand, I got a Thai massage from a Thai woman, which was also exciting for me.
