The massage therapists were great. However, the water temperature in the jacuzzi was cold. Overall, it was good.

Highly recommend the massage. Very pleasant and relaxing experience. The sauna is nice. The staff is very accommodating and makes your time comfortable. The jacuzzi is cold, which is my only constructive bit, other than that, was an excellent time.

Very nice & relaxing few hours spent first in the sauna & whirlpool then getting a 1 hour couples massage. Massage therapists respectful & did a wonderful job. Much needed after all the walking & climbing we’ve done in Europe.

We did the couples massage for our honeymoon. Would highly recommend! The 1hr prior to the massage with sauna, jet pool, and shower was a really nice touch. Completely private. Then the massage after was great. One man and one woman so you could pick which you would be more comfortable with. Amazing!!

The space is beautiful and the staff is accommodating and kind but the massage itself was mid...I think you can get a much better couples massage for $400

We would simply like to clarify for future readers that your reservation was for our Couples' Spa Experience with Sauna & Jacuzzi, which includes 60 minutes of private access to the sauna and heated jacuzzi, followed by a 60-minute couples massage. As requested on the day of your visit, we were happy to accommodate your arrival one hour earlier than your scheduled appointment and tailor your experience by proceeding directly to the massage, skipping the spa facilities. Every guest has different preferences regarding massage techniques and pressure, which is why we always encourage open communication with our therapists during the treatment so that each session can be personalized accordingly. I booked a couples spa in Santorini for my wife and I through an online booking agency and mistakenly chose the wrong date (a day later than I meant to) we arrived at the spa only to realise the error. We could not have possible been accommodated any better. The staff were so helpful after the error was realised. Theodore who is the spa manager called me and set about finding a solution for us straight away. As there was no available time slots remaining on that day he so kindly offered to reschedule for the following day and said that he would collect us from our hotel and the following morning and see that we got to have our spa and couples massage. I cannot give enough credit to Theodore he is such a lovely man. We had our spa experience and he dropped us to a location where we could have a nice scenic walk into Fira on our way back to hotel. We cannot thank him enough for his kindness. The couples 90 minute massage that he carries out with his colleague was such a lovely experience. Can't rate the experience highly enough and we are so grateful for how we were treated.

We visited the site today with my boyfriend and we really stayed excited! From the beginning the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We had the massage, the jacuzzi and the sauna and felt that we were completely refreshed. The staff was polite and professional, making the experience even more beautiful. We will definitely go back and recommend it unreservedly!
