Confusing where to meet Viator said one spot and the balloon company said another spot. We almost missed it. More time in the air would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were confused. A balloon ride and the launch field (we have different fields on Mallorca) depend 100% to the wind direction. That's why the pilotes confirm the meetingpoint one day before the flight. This is also mentioned in the description of the experience and in the booking confirmation. bucket list item!!! smooth from start to finish. pilot was great. only thing that was a little disappointing was i asked if they took videos from down below of our flight they said yes but when i received the files there were pictures that weren’t from our flight from down below. we still received images the pilot
took from the basket in flight though.

Great experience at a picturesque sunset
A great experience. Wonderful sunset. The team and our pilot were very professional, so we felt well taken care of. We went with 6 people, so there was enough room in the basket. The price for this great experience is absolutely okay.

Good experience but a bit disappointed
Great experience however too small of a space to have fit 6 people in. Couldn’t really enjoy the ride as we were cramped in and the fire was right above my back. Probably wouldn’t do it again with this company. The guide was friendly and professional I just wish they made it more comfortable for us.

You are absolutely right, balloon baskets are quite small. However, this is typical of hot-air balloons all over the world, as they need to be kept as light as possible in order to take off. For this reason, we recommend that guests weighing 100 kg or more book a second ticket as well, as mentioned in the description here. In your flight we even took a bigger ballon (for 7 people + pilote).
The height of the burners in hot-air balloon baskets is also more or less the same across all balloons, as the pilot needs to be able to reach and operate them by hand. The pilot remembers that you are very tall, around 2 metres, so naturally you would be closer to the burners than a shorter passenger.
We hope this helps to understand the function of the baskets and hot air balloons.

Great!
It was great. The men helped inflate the balloon and the whole team helped pack it up. Life is extraordinary from up above. It is very calm and it does not move. Our guide was perfect! He emailed us a short video of our takeoff!🙏 thank you very much!
