The trip was amazing! We saw two humpback whales as well as dolphins. There were several mother and baby dolphins and my granddaughter absolutely loved it. The tour guides were knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. I highly recommend Harbor Cruises.
Great experience, first time whale watching! Saw tons of dolphins and we did spot and follow a whale! So much fun, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and made my first experience unforgettable.

The boat and crew were great. We found dolphins and they were fun to watch and photograph. The only issue keeping me at a 4 rating is the length of the trip. LA is a big harbor, it takes 15 minutes to get out, another 15 to get back. They then have to motor out to look for wildlife. If it takes 20-30 minutes to find something, you have little time with the wildlife before you have to turn around and go back. I would prefer if the trip was 3 hours long.
This was such a fun experience, we saw dolphins, sealions , a baby and momma whale ! They have snacks and drinks on the boat for a price, lots of bathrooms and plenty of space! Definitely looked like booking the earliest one was the best option yes it was colder but when we got back to the dock and saw the line of people for the mid day one BEST DECISION EVER lol seriously book this experience and see what this beautiful world has to offer I did get a little sea sick to be expected but I sat in the back with a table top and just laid my head down until we started driving again and I was fine, definitely seems when we stopped to look I got more sick then when just going thru the ocean so that was cool to find out ahaha 🤣 but I saw what I wanted got the experience I was looking for and overall 10/10 experience staff was very knowledgeable and helpful thru out the whole ride I’d do it again!
