タオルミーナからのゴッドファーザームービーツアー

Dear Z2428THcarle, Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. We’re really happy to hear that the Godfather Tour became such a special part of your son’s 18th birthday. It’s lovely to know that Isabella’s knowledge and sense of humour made the day even more enjoyable and helped create such memorable moments for you both. Experiences like this are exactly what we hope our guests take home with them. Thank you again for recommending the tour, and we hope to welcome you back to Sicily in the future. Kind regards, SicilyExcursions Team

Dear OyOyOy, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. The pick-up process can sometimes take a little time when guests are being collected from different points, but we understand that 30 minutes on the bus can feel frustrating. We’re also sorry to hear about the condition of your seat and the issue with the speaker. We will follow up with the bus company directly and report the issues you mentioned so that they can be checked and addressed, helping to prevent similar problems on future tours. Your comments about the guide, the pace of the group and the difficulty hearing the explanations during the walking sections are also very useful, and we will take them into consideration to improve the overall experience. We appreciate your honest feedback and are sorry that the tour did not feel as engaging as you had hoped. Kind regards, SicilyExcursions Team

Dear kerryjanelaw, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re really glad you enjoyed the tour with Isabella and fell in love with the villages along the way. And the fact that you went home and started watching The Godfather films all over again is probably the best compliment the tour could get! We hope it brought back some great memories from your time in Sicily. Kind regards, SicilyExcursions Team

Dear leannesD4563FI, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed visiting the two villages and taking in the beautiful views along the way. It’s also lovely to know that you found the guide informative and easy to follow throughout the tour. We hope the day left you with some great memories of Sicily. Kind regards, SicilyExcursions Team

Dear Melinda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the bus service and the places visited during the tour. We are, however, sorry to hear that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. As clearly specified on Viator, this is a shared group excursion, and the guide may be responsible for groups ranging from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 50 participants. With a group of this size, the experience is naturally different from that of a private or small-group tour, where the guide can provide much more individual attention and interaction. A more personalized experience would, of course, also involve a considerably higher cost. We certainly appreciate your comments regarding the guide and will take your feedback into consideration, particularly concerning communication and ensuring that all participants are gathered before providing information. That said, we do feel that a one-star rating may not fully reflect the overall service provided, especially considering that you enjoyed the transportation and the locations included in the tour. It seems that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the type of experience booked, as this tour is specifically designed as a shared group excursion rather than a small, personalized tour. Nevertheless, we sincerely thank you for your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our service. Kind regards, Sicilyexcursions Team
