Chris, the tour guide, was excellent. He worked hard to ensure that we had a great time enjoying the sauna and the view of the lake. We did enjoy the sauna experience and the view of the lake very much. On the way back to our hotel, we left a pair of sunglasses in the pickup vehicle but did not realise until the next day. Once we contacted the company by email, they responded very quickly. We could easily pick up the sunglasses from their office that day. Great service.
The Midnight Sun sauna boat trip in Rovaniemi was an unforgettable experience, beautifully blending relaxation and natural beauty. Mathias and Kido, our guides, were exceptional. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and warm hospitality enhanced the trip immensely. They ensured we were comfortable, safe and informed, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. The sight of the midnight Sun was surreal and magical. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rovaniemi!
