北極圏スノーキャッスル訪問（ラッピッシュディナー付き）小グループツアー

It was an amazing event. Our guide THEO guided us through the arctic snow hotel, answered all of our many questions, drove us safely between the locations and it ended with a wonderful romantic dinner. Well done Theo, it was a pleasure being guided by you.

We visited the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. Special experience, unique. I suggest, at least hotel visit.

The snow castle was beautiful and breathtaking art carvings. Cold restaurant so wear full snow wear but the hot berry juice was a must (bar fees apply). Delicious Finish food - chicken, elk or fish and good service. A must see when in season. We had a full week in Lapland arranged by Nordic Unique Travel. All their pick up and tour arrangments were on time and arranged for a family (my parents and our 5 year old son) they even provided thr booster seat in the vans.

Wonderful place, the photos taken do not do justice. Very nice dinner with dessert on ice plate. But Very Special Person our guide Inga , with whom he created a feeling beyond any language barrier. Wonderful!!!

Fantastic, huge.. and all really made of ice. It is necessary to cover yourself well because staying inside is not easy. We had “warmers” for our hands and feet!!

The Ice Hotel was cool, dinner was quite good, the Ice bar was cool too and I really appreciated the Mulled Wine

Incredible experiance, ice hotel is amazing and the detial in the sculptures Is outstanding. The food was amazing, be prepared for the cold, wrap up warm with plenty of layers. Gets very cold when sat still.

We did this tour last week and it was a fabulous experience. First and foremost, our tour guide was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Her name is Sarka and she knew a lot about the snow castle and Lapland in general. She was nice to talk to which is always a plus. The location was also beautiful but cold :-). All in all, I can highly recommend this company and also our tour guide Sarka.

The travel agent is very nice, the guide Aho Clement is also super nice, super professional! It was great and fun to be part of a snowmobile and ice fishing program because it was just the two of us in this group! It's really like a super private custom group! If I had the chance to come back, I would have looked for him again! Attach the photo.

I dedicate the time so that they don't make the same mistake as we do, to trusting our entire stay in Rovianemi with this agency. The truth is that they didn't do anything about what was offered, they oversell tours and then they send their guides to face and improvise a way out of the disaster that is generated. The place is wonderful, everything Rovianemi offers is fantastic, I recommend it 100% but with a serious agency that knows how to respond and meet the expectations they generate in their passengers. They are miserable as to what they spend as costs on each of their excursions, their barbecues are nothing more than sausages roasted on fire, their meals included do not vary: salmon or potato and vegetable soup and main course, reindeer with mashed potatoes without any variation.
