The trip was well organised beforehand as we knew there was going to be a language barrier. On the day the driver started somewhere different and then the problems started. We couldn’t even explain via translation app what was happening. We decided to end the tour which we communicated with the original contact. We were compensated and an explanation given to why this happened.
Reliable and well organized - car for our family of six plus a local guide was spacious and comfortable (a 14-seater), driver was punctual and overall good follow-up and communications throughout booking
