We had the most incredible tour experience in Costa Rica, and it was truly all thanks to our amazing guide, Marvin. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable—especially on the hikes. He created such a perfect, well-rounded day for us. We explored beautiful waterfalls, hiked through the rainforest, and learned so much along the way. One of the absolute highlights was getting to see wildlife up close—especially a sloth, which was my favorite! He even arranged for a local volunteer to help us spot and learn about more animals, which made the experience feel so special and authentic. Beyond the adventure, he also made sure we experienced the culture. We enjoyed a delicious local lunch that he helped serve, which added such a thoughtful, personal touch. We also got to see how coffee and chocolate are made—such a fun and memorable experience! He wrapped up the day by taking us souvenir shopping, making sure we found great, authentic items. What really stood out was his patience, kindness, and genuine passion for what he does. He never rushed us, answered all our questions, and made the entire day feel effortless and fun. If you’re visiting Costa Rica, I cannot recommend this tour—especially with Marvin- highly enough. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

Wear good shoes for hiking. Alfonso was the BEST tour guide. Very informative and very knowledgeable of the country. Highly recommend this tour. We were able to see sloths, snakes, frogs, lizards, and even a turkey.

Awesome time with Martin!! He gave us the best tour and was very informative! We did the rainforest and hanging bridge and it was beautiful. Martin explained the history of the towns, volcanoes and plant life. He was also very accommodating to the people in our group who needed special attention. The lunch stop was awesome and very filling. Thanks so much for the great time and awesome memories!

Noelvin and Anthony are spectacular, so much Costa Rican knowledge was shared with us. Let us fully experience every phase of the adventure.

The tour was great! We had a such a fun day. The Frank the Tank guide Maurice was well informed, friendly and patient. We enjoyed him very much and would be happy to do another tour with him or recommend him to friends! William our driver did a great job also. He was a very experienced driver and was also extra helpful when we needed him to be. As for the tour, we had a generous amount of time at each stop and were able to do and see all the things that we had been hoping for. Also, lunch was delicious! Overall, we truly have no complaints and only good memories from our Frank the Tank tour with Maurice and William.

The tour was an outstanding experience made even better by the quality of the people and service provided by the folks who made our arrangements and took care of all of the details. Oscar and Inaki helped organize our day and Ernesto was an excellent guide who was extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. On top of this the lunch that was provided was "top notch" and in a beautiful location.

This trip is a must. Our guide Maurice was very knowledgeable and easy going. He was able to point out sloths, birds, frogs and snakes that we wouldn't have seen and he stopped to take our pictures several times throughout. We had a great time

This excursion was awesome! Pablo & Vinicio were amazing guides. Pablo was so personable & Vinicio was a great driver. Saw some sloths in the wild & lots of other animals too. Fun hike across bridges.

Harold and driver, Mike, gave us a fantastic trip full of fun, information, photos, and what seemed like VIP treatment from the moment they picked us up thru all the stops including a fabulous lunch! I can’t recommend Harold highly enough - his 30 years in tourism shines thru with his care, attention, personality and professionalism. Ask for Harold by name!
