They advertised one thing and delivered another. We were supposed to go to Capri first, then do a boat tour and swim around the island. They changed the order last minute, so we ended up in Capri wet, late, and at the busiest time. On the island they tried to push us into a private bus for 25 euros, while the public bus is only 8 euros. Our guide Arila was rude and unwelcoming from the start. Her attitude was unfriendly and made us feel very uncomfortable - the whole environment was tense and not nice at all. To make things worse, they mixed 2 different packages on the same boat. Some people were on a fishing tour, so at the end we all had to wait while they fished. The boat was rocking a lot and everyone was feeling nauseous. They prioritized one group over the other and rushed our activities. Nobody was happy.
Ciao, I'm so bad to reed this review. first at all, yes you supposed to go Capri first, but it is always to capitan decison. It is depends on wind, sea condition, also if it a weather good day we ALWAYS decided the morning what to do to give the best to our clients. Wet on the island??? no way! the stop to swim is 40 minutes before than land on capri and with 38° celsius you were dried after 5 minutes! Crowed the island? it is always busy, in every moment . Capri is one of the nicest island here! True that there was on board some people who wanted to fish but we just put a line into the water on the way back in Sorrento. So nothig of different on your program. The boat was rocking not because there was a line on the water , no, just because it happen frequently that in summer afternoon wind come up , so the sea water could be a bit rough. And Please, I'm more then sure that Arila wasn't rude like you said. She is a kind person , she love her job and she really has lot of patience, necessary to do this job with lot of different person. Last thing: if you reed the all reviews we have, probably you will understand that the description you did about us doesn't correspond about the reality. We try to offer to our guests the best day in Sorrento cost, ever!
