Great day out, Touville was was a change to the program but was excellent to see and have free time. Then onto HonFleur which was the prettiest place to see also with free time, thanks to Lawrence for a great day he new so much, excellent experience.

Organization at Le Havre was non existant. Agents were not where they said theyd be. Eventually found we'd been subcontracted to another agency. Once on board the bus, the tour was fantastic. Our guide 'Lawrence' was brilliant - an expat Australian with a passion for France, great knowledge, clear & understandable English, with a good sense of humour. We bypassed Deauville as they were hosting a triathlon & visited Trouville on the opposite shore of the river. A very good choice with markets, architecture and excellent food. We should have had more time there. Honfleur is everything they claimed & well worth the visit.

Guest experience from the very first moment is extremely important to us, and we regret that the meeting process did not feel clear or seamless on this occasion. To clarify, Vexperio is a well-established local operator working in close partnership with Viator, and all tours are delivered directly by our team. In this specific case, the meeting point was actually moved closer to the cruise terminal for guests’ convenience, following special authorization from the port authority. We communicated this update via the Viator messaging system a few days prior to the tour. That said, we fully understand how easy it is to miss messages while traveling, and how this could have led to the confusion you experienced. We will certainly review how we highlight such important updates to ensure they are as visible and easy to acknowledge as possible. We’re very pleased that, once underway, you enjoyed the itinerary. The adjustment from Deauville to Trouville was due to the triathlon event, and we’re glad to hear you appreciated this alternative and its charm. Easy pick up right at the dock. Our guide Lawrence was very informative and polite with lots of information and history of the area. Our driver Sebastian negotiated the narrow roads with precision. Coach was very comfortable and the AC very welcome on a hot day. A thoroughly enjoyable day.

What a fabulous day! Deauville was swapped out for Touville due to a triathlon event, and what a great addition. Prior notification was spot on and the option to pull out of tour offered but unnecessary. Lawrence was an absolutely brilliant guide. Informative and knowledgeable with an engaging sense of humour. I would recommend this excursion to any Le Havre cruise ship passengers wanting to see something of the Normandy countryside while in port

Beautiful harbor cities with history and quaint shops. Plenty of free time to walk around the towns and sample the local Normandy wine/cheeses. Good alternative for those who don’t want to do the long trek to Paris. Lawrence was a great tour guide, very communicative!
