Honfleur is beautiful! Very medieval and quaint. Be ware of true cobblestones. Our guide Lawrence did a fantastic job of explaining the history. I definitely recommend his tour!

Lawrence was wonderful. His knowledge of the history was so interesting. Coming back to this area again next year on a cruise, would definitely consider another one of his tours

What could have been a wonderful excursion was definitely subpar. Deauville: We drove through a bustling area with interesting sites to a beach area where nothing was open (it was Sunday). There was a film festival occurring so some streets were closed. No one from the tour company seemed to know about these issues in advance. We rode around looking for a place for drop off. After eventually finding a spot to let us out, we could walk to a boardwalk where there was nothing to see or do. Deauville would have been a much better stop if we had been dropped off in the thriving part of town. Honfleur: By far the best part of the excursion. Part of us on the bus elected to skip the 1-hour walking tour (see below) and explore on our own instead. Honfleur is a lovely harbor town with plenty of places to walk, explore, eat, & shop. More time here would have been appreciated. Tour Guide: James was probably the worst guide I have experienced in all my years of traveling. He was more interested in talking about himself & his life than providing information about our destinations. We chose not to take his walking tour in Honfleur since listening to him drone on about his experiences was not why we were there. Conclusion: Proceed with caution when considering this excursion.

Locations are beautiful. I am glad we got the chance to visit Honfleur and Deauville. Our tour guide, James, was horrible. He knew nothing of the area and even joked that he couldn’t remember things he should have pointed out to us, “but you won’t remember anyways”

Absolutely LOVED this excursion! Lawrence was the best tour guide, extremely knowledgeable of the history of France, Honfleur, and Deauville. I highly recommend this tour, as it was very easy experience from Lawrence meeting us at our cruise port, to walking us around the communities, giving us recommendations, and making sure we had a wonderful time! Book the Tour! You will love it!

There is quite a bit of walking if you have mobility issues. Mostly cobblestone alleys, streets and sidewalks. Hard to push a walker or stroller on. We were happy to have a couple of hours of free time in Honfluer. A beautiful little village with many cafes and shops. We loved it ! Tour guide Lawrence was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of France and the towns. We also saw Deauville but loved Honfluer!!! Everyone was so nice!
