Annalisa was a wonderful guide and provided an in depth review of the history of Venice. The combination of the boat tour and Gondola experience is at the top of our experiences in Italy. I highly recommend asking for Annalisa for this tour. 10 out of 10!
The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She did her job well!!
Adair was our tour guide. She was welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing tour that really gave us a feel for the city! Our guide took some amazing photos for us too - definitely book!
Dear Mary, Thank you for such a wonderful review! Your kind words are truly appreciated. We’re so glad we had the opportunity to show you the beauty of Venice and be your travel partner in this enchanting city. Thank you once again, and we hope to welcome you on another tour with us in the future. Warm regards, Kinga Vexperio
It has been a great experience and the short time we have had we enjoyed it to the full thanks to Silvia and her extensive knowledge and culture. Impeccable attention from the organizers, we are very grateful to them.
Must do tour! Our guide Sebastian was fantastic, very engaging and took the best photos! This was the perfect way to end our trip - highly recommend!
Hello! Thank you so much for your sweet words! I would let Sebastian know that you had a great time! We hope to have you back one day! :) Warm regards, Magda Vexperio
If you are trying to experience Venice by water, this is a good tour. Our tour guide, Annalisa, was very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed the limited time we had with her. There seemed to be some confusion on where/when the water taxi was showing up, but once it arrive the tour went well. The gondola ride, on the other hand, was quickly arranged by Annalisa at the gondola station, and it only lasted 20 minutes. The total time on the water was less than 1.5 hours, and at a cost of $950, it was an overly expensive experience. I also believe having the term “luxury” in the title is totally misleading, as there was really nothing luxury about it.
Dear Keith, Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. While it's true that Venice's prices can be quite high and unfortunately beyond our control, we strive to offer the best value possible for our guests. We're truly sorry for the confusion regarding the water taxi. We are already working to resolve this issue and will reassess our partnership with the boat company to prevent any future disruptions. Regarding the gondola ride, we completely understand your frustration with its short duration. Although there is only one gondola company in Venice, we will be reaching out to them to ensure that future rides meet the expectations we promise our guests. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We are committed to using your insights to improve our services moving forward. Thank you again for your understanding. Warm regards, Magda Vexperio
We had a wonderful day with Claudia! She managed to spend time with each of us (a group of 10) to be sure we had questions answered and were enjoying our experience. She managed a toddler and heavy rains with a smile. We learned so much and were able to explore the beautiful islands. The pickup from our hotel was wonderful and made our day so easy to navigat. I highly recommend this tour!
Our tour guide Elena new her topic, very interesting and entertaining, Venice is such a beautiful place.
