Wonderful staff who catered for all skill levels. The dive sites are incredibly busy but that was well managed.

Great experience all around, from beginning to end. We arrived early and had a complimentary drink before being briefed on everything relevant, we were driven to the boat and then taken to Nusa Penida. The boat was nice and had a toilet, in-between dives we had fruit snacks and lunch half way through the day. The group size was quite small which was nice, there were 8 guests in total and we were split into 3 groups, so small groups for each dive which was good, although the dive sites could be a little busy, we were always taken somewhere less crowded by our guide and got to see everything with a little more peace, great work! We saw all the highlights and much more, mantas, octopus, lobster, mantis shrimps, all kinds of puffers and butterfly fish and of course corals. We were a little skeptical before booking of the price as we are backpacking but it was well worth the money. It was a full day, we felt taken care of and had a great guide explain everything we saw, all three dives were brilliant and the dive centre itself had a great atmosphere. Very much recommended, best for anyone who wants to see mantas, but that's not all you will see. Thank you

I can’t recommend Neptune enough. If you’re looking for the perfect way to experience Bali’s unique marine life, this would be the way to go. Our guide, Noe, was very experienced and helpful throughout the entire way. His knowledge and expertise made it all the more smooth and enjoyable. Noe took amazing videos of us during our dives and we got to see such a wide variety of marine life. Neptune was very accommodating with all our needs- providing lunches, water, and gear. They had great facilities at the dive center, and helped us with a refresher the day before our dive. Thank you to Neptune for providing a truly memorable experience!

What an incredible diving experience with Neptune! They’re highly organized and super efficient both on and off the boat. From the moment I walked in, the company knew how to take care of me. From arranging a car pick up for me because I was staying a bit further away in Canggu, to having coffee ready for me at the shop and a non drowsy sea sickness pill (just in case), to doing a refresher dive with my dive master (bc it’s been 3 years since I last went diving), everything was so thoughtfully arranged. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. The dives were incredible!! We saw so many things from Manta rays to sea turtles, nudi branches, mantis shrimp, moray eels. Their lunch meal was also delicious, and the staff made sure we were well fed and hydrated throughout the entire day. I had the best time, and Neptune is probably one of the best dive shops I’ve ever gone to. HIGHLY recommend!!

A great dive tour. The guide showed us everything that could be seen. Icj swam with giant manta rays. And there were so many!!! At the second stop we saw two moonfish (MolaMolas). Umd the third stop was varied. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was first class. The dive master was excellent and so were the people in the shop who treated me like a king. I would recommend them highly.

My wife and I have been super excited about diving with manta ray’s for a very long time and we weren’t disappointed. Visibility was great and at one point we had 7 mantas swim past in a row. They get very close to you. The next dive site was also very good, again great vis, lots of coral to see, millions of fish, turtles, moray eels just to name a few. Neptune dive company are very organised, picked us at our hotel, their facilities are first rate, because they get all your personal details up front, this enables the crew to have all the equipment ready to go, correct sizes all upon arrival Quick trip to the Sanur to get on the speed boat. The boats are a little tight if you have a full boat like we did. One thing to note- the companies combine together to fill the speed boat up. We had 4 different companies on our speed boat, with some divers just learning to dive. Lunch is provided which was good but the location for lunch could be improved. Lunch was on the island, sitting on a jetty just near the boat. Not very comfortable. The rest of day was very good. Our dive guide was very good at finding lots of interesting things to look out.

If you’re going diving in Bali, Neptune is absolutely the shop I recommend. Thanks to them, we had the best diving experience ever — we got to see both manta rays and a mola mola! Here’s why I highly recommend this dive shop: ⚫︎ Beautiful shop and great facilities The shop is located close to the harbor, with a lovely garden and a pool where we could relax and enjoy drinks by the pool. You can check out their official site. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Their wetsuits were so comfortable that I actually wanted to buy one for myself! ⚫︎ A uniquely comfortable boat Their boat has side walls, which protect us from the wind and sun. Because of that, we didn’t get too tired and were able to fully enjoy other activities after diving. ⚫︎ Professional and friendly staff Nina san, the staff member who handled our booking, replied very quickly and kindly to every message. She resolved all our concerns in advance. Our dive master, Agung san, seems young but he is incredibly professional. He led us safely through our fun dives and amazed us with his ability to spot marine life — we saw a manta on our first dive and a mola mola on the second! All the other staff members were also very friendly, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. ⚫︎ Charter private boat is also recommended If your budget allows, I definitely recommend chartering the private boat. We chartered it on our second day and were taken to Blue Corner and other less-crowded dive spots — it was totally worth it. The charter fee was very reasonable compared to other shops. At first, we hesitated because their price seemed a little high. But in the end, choosing Neptune was the best decision we could’ve made. We’ll definitely come back next time. Diving in Bali was simply amazing!

A great team, well organized, friendly and everything works like clockwork. Equipment is well maintained and available, even in my size (1.90m). A great training center with a large pool, the harbour with the speedboats is only 5min away. Pickup Service is included, you don't have to worry about anything. Especially commendable is the good, very friendly and reliable communication via WhatsApp in advance when booking - simply top. Unfortunately, the dive sites are totally crowded, but it's not the team's fault. We will come back.

Wow, wow, wow! So great! I am a former dive master and I have never seen such an impressive operation. Reception and scheduling crew was so attentive and prompt, the facility is top of line, the owner Julian greeted me personally and gave our dive overview personally. Despite being the height of busy season with dozens of divers of all capabilities, this crew and process was smooth and flawless. Just take a look at photos, etc. Nothing is exaggerated, everything is just as advertised. My guide, Mustikine, is an exceptional diver (I will request to dive with him when I return). Food was great, ever detail of the excursion was thoughtfully considered and attended. OK, I'll stop now, but you get it, this place is great!!
