What an incredible way to end our stay in Florence! Guio was an incredible teacher and not only taught us about steak but all types of cooking. He was up beat, well spoken and kept the vibes up all night. He did great explaining but not over explaining and also answered any questions the group had. He made our last night in Florence great and one of if not the best steak dinner I ever had. He also recommended a great Gelato spot for our walk home (Eduordo’s) and he was spot on with it! Thank you again!

Exceptional cooking class
We are blown away by how much we learned and did in this class!! Absolutely fabulous! I am a home cook and know a lot about cooking, but still learned so much about cooking all the sides and, of course, the steak. We owe this exceptional experience to our teacher, Guillaume (?), ‘Gui’. He was fun, patient and obviously a very skilled ‘Cicciaio’. I highly recommend this class and ask for Gui as the teacher.

Excellent experience and delicious food!
Alain was an excellent guide, and our group loved our experience! He went above and beyond our expectations, organizing a balsamic vinegar tasting with a local vendor at the market, and we had authentic Italian breakfast of prosciutto and bread. He was a joy to cook with and we learned so much about Italian cuisine. The meal was delicious, and we were all very full and satisfied afterwards. Thanks, Alain!

Great experience for the whole family
Wonderful host and amazing food. Alain was so knowledgeable and extremely entertaining. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience. Can’t wait to demonstrate my new skills when I next have friends over for dinner.
