For expectations, I had the wrong ones first of all. When you hear “first class” and that lingo you assume high quality or luxury. Well, it’s not the case. If first class wasn’t great, I don’t want to picture the main cabin. It’s very simple as in humble and for US standards very poor. That being said, after being here, just look around. Can’t base it off US expectations, but rather look for what it is. You’re in India, this was great lol. Easiest way to describe it. Having a guide is a must. The value came from having a guide, that’s for sure. The fast train was definitely nice making it here in less than 2 hours and not being in a tiny vehicle (if you’ve used Uber here you’d know). Therefore, accepting the differences and adjusting my expectations, the value was there. Put a price in being guided from A to Z, have someone following you, sort of protecting you, translating, accustomed to the culture and what goes, etc. The lunch was abundant and great tasting. I changed my perspective when I got into the abundance. These people rely heavily on tourism and the price to me became more charity rather than what it actually cost. If you’ve been abroad in these poorer towns, just know you will be brought to shops to support local business and experience more of a raw environment. Don’t feel pressured and got some stuff to support them. Taj Mahal was my 7/7 Wonders of the World and hands down one of the most beautiful building I’ve ever seen. Nick was a great guide and got shiz done.

Nick was a great guide! Definitely recommend going with him. He knows his way around & took some great photos of us. The lunch spot he took us too was very tasty too! Definitely worth getting this guide to visit Taj Mahal!

Nick is an amazing tour guide. He gives you not just the history and insight of the Taj, but he also looks after you and make sure you are vigilant and alert with all the tourist traps. He also gives you quick access, short cuts on queues so you don’t wait in line in the chaos. Worth it!

Very thoughtful and hospitable guide (thanks Nick!) to help throughout the visit, to enjoy the experience in relax-mode. Taj Mahal was surreal and we did no queues with priority access.

Amazing trip! the company! Visiting the Taj Mahal was an unforgettable experience. Seeing this iconic monument in person, with its flawless white marble and intricate carvings, felt almost surreal. The way the morning sun cast a soft glow on its surface made it even more magical. The symmetry, the delicate inlays, and the sheer grandeur of the structure left me in awe. Despite the crowds, there was a peacefulness in the air, especially by the reflecting pool. It’s not just a masterpiece of architecture—it’s a symbol of timeless love and craftsmanship. Definitely a must-visit!

Found almost by chance, then saw happy reviews and ended up doing two tours with this agency, as we had a wedding of a friend in the middle. The tour organizer, Mr Sumit, was beyond helpful, he was really great, nice, good hearted, patient, tailoring the two tours around our schedule and wishes. Always available before and during the trip for every request or help, also beyond his duties. I don’t think it is possible to find better than this tour agency. I’ve been in India many years ago backpacking, but now with family including a child, having a private car and driver bringing us everywhere really made a difference. We could see much more, everything was scheduled and checked in every moment by Mr Sumit, making sure that every step was perfect. A great person, great tour operator and great drivers. Now also great friends as we got attached to all of them. I’m sure I will keep traveling India with them in the future. I also forgot to say that all was scheduled in a way to do the most and in the best way. It would have taken me a lot of studies to organize the same. Prices kept low and similar or even lower than tours with buses and annoying group schedules. It was a great experience, we saw and learned a lot. My child had a very inspiring and helpful experience that will stay with him forever
