ゴールデンアワーギャロップ: パロスの夕暮れのライド

The guides were great. Beautiful sunset ride.

Beautiful evening ride on Paros. Uneven terrain, but horses were great. Was fine for inexperienced riders.

We were 2 in a total group of 12 doing the ride; meeting at the small horse farm just outside of Paros. Very informal: pick a helmet, they pick out your horse and help you on, a brief explanation of how to control the horse (just to make you feel like you're in control, but the horses -who've made the trip a zillion times and know right where to go - do what they want to), and then you're off. After an initial scrum - it appeared that all of the horses wanted to be first in line - we took back roads and paths through the hills above the town of Paros. The views of the hills, the small farms, the town, and the sea were great, as was the sunset - all seen from the back of the horse while traveling. We stopped only once, to take pictures with the sunset behind us. In total we were riding for about 90 minutes. I wish we could have stopped "to smell the roses," but that wouldn't have been possible without an earlier departure and still be in position for a great view of the sunset. The staff was great. We would do it again.

This was the best thing we did in Paros! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a magical experience to ride the horses throughout the island with the most amazing view of the sunset. Absolutely recommend!

Golden Hour Gallop in Paros was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The whole experience felt really special—from the moment we met the guides to the final sunset views over the island. The horses were calm, well-trained, and clearly well cared for, which made the ride enjoyable even for beginners. Our guide was friendly, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable, while also sharing a bit about the area along the way. The route itself takes you through beautiful countryside and up to incredible viewpoints. Watching the sunset from the top, with the Aegean stretching out in front of you, was unforgettable. Overall, I’d 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Paros. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and stunning views—definitely something I’d do again.

For sure a highlight of the trip. The ride is very relaxing and provides awesome views of the island at sunset. No prior experience needed. If you are considering at all, go for it and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing! Even for someone without riding experience it was fantastic. The horses were great, the guide was really knowledgeable. It was a treat to relax and enjoy a peaceful night in gorgeous scenery. 10/10!
