It was a bit more walking than I had expected but the views were worth it, tour guide was friendly and group was small :)
This was a great tour with lots of time to explore natural areas and enjoy being outdoors. Our guides Mattias and Laura were friendly, knowledgeable and fun!

It was a wonderful experience exploring the beautiful terrain in the national park. Our guide Laura and her guide partner made sure everyone of us in the two small groups stay safe and well hydrated on that hot and sunny 35C day.

Stunning scenery.First part of trip was to what was an old castle with beautiful scenery.Very easy to access.Second part was a 2km hike up a steep windy incline.Path was extremely rough and slippy in places.Definitely not to be attempted by older people unless they are still very fit.It was a very hot day when we did this and we were exhausted when it finished.To sum it up in one word…..brutal.Third part of the trip was through a forested area with lots of granite(I think) rock formations.Once again,while not as steep as the other hike the path was very rough and undulating once again not to be recommended for older people.Our guide was fantastic,the vehicle was air conditioned and comfortable.Beautiful scenery but those hikes🥵.

We would just like to clarify for future guests that this experience is called a Hiking Tour, and the hiking distance, elevation, terrain, and fitness requirements are all clearly described before booking. The route covers approximately 10 km (6–7 miles) over the course of the entire day, with the main uphill section being around 2 km. For that reason, we feel it is only fair to evaluate the tour based on the experience that was clearly advertised and delivered. One small correction: the rock formations are actually sandstone, not granite. Our guides mention this many times throughout the day because the unique sandstone landscape is exactly what makes Bohemian Switzerland one of the most remarkable natural areas in Central Europe. We had a fantastic driver/tour guide who kept us informed at all times.The tour consisted of three parts.The first part was brilliant scenery and very easy to get to from the car park plenty of panoramic views.The second part was a 2km trek up a steep path.The path was uneven,rocky and sandy.Definitely should not be attempted by older people unless they are very fit.Quite slippy and dangerous in places.I am one of those older people and made it to the top but it was to be honest an experience I would never attempt again.Coming down was almost as bad as going up.Third part was another hike through a forest with rough sandstone formations.This is where the Narnia movie was filmed.Once again very rough uneven terrain but mutch flatter than the previous hike.Our driver was brilliant with snacks,drinks,bathroom stops and lunch.Defo not for older people unless they are still reasonably fit.Younger unfit adults could also struggle.All in all it was a good but very tiring day.

For future guests, we'd just like to mention that this is a Hiking Tour, and the walking distance, elevation, terrain, and recommended fitness level are all described before booking to help guests choose the experience that best suits them. The main physical challenge is the approximately 2 km uphill walk to Pravčická Gate. The final walk through the Tisa Rocks is much gentler—less than one mile long and mostly flat—giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the unique sandstone formations that made this area famous, including as a filming location for The Chronicles of Narnia. We had a wonderful time at the Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland National Park. The whole journey and the logistics was well taken care of and we just needed to enjoy the day. The rock formations and scenery were amazing. The lunch was yummy. We wanted to thank our guide Laura who is very friendly and helpful. She and Matej did a fantastic job!

Good hiking trails, the 2nd hike is a bit hard, but worth the views at the top. Very nice lunch at a quaint restaurant. Highly recommend for nature enthusiasts.

Long, active, wonderful day! Our guide, Laura, picked up us bright & early (7:40 & we were the last to be picked up!). We drove thru the German border (not stopped 👍🏻). The three stops/sites were all so very special. We met w another group from same co. & Joseph (from other van) spoke/educated us thru stops 2 & 3. Lunch was also delicious! I drank the Czech Kofola. I highly recommend this excursion. Be sure to wear good hiking-type shoes & be prepared for a Full (12+ hrs) moderately strenuous day, lots of beautiful sites & many fun people!

This trip was everything I wanted and more! Martin, our driver, and Vaclav, our guide, were such a wealth of knowledge. I came away knowing so much more about Czech culture, history, wildlife, and the landscape. The lunch was delicious and in the most idyllic location with a view of the hike we had just taken. I would recommend this trip for anyone who wants to get outside of the city and explore!
