Very fun tour guide who’s very knowledgeable and has a dry humor! Really easy walk as well! Anyone can participate!
Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your guide’s knowledge and sense of humor, and that you found the walk easy and enjoyable. We love hearing that the Ghosts of Galveston Tour felt accessible and fun. Thanks for joining us!
We had a good time but the patrons we passed along the route made the experience uncomfortable by making fun of the tour.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you had a good time on the tour, and we’re sorry that comments from people along the route made part of the evening uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we can’t control the behavior of passersby, but we understand how that can affect the atmosphere of a walking tour. We appreciate you joining us and hope the stories and experience still gave you a memorable look at haunted Galveston.
I really was expecting a tour of like jump, scares, and stuff like that, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was based on historical facts and historical monuments and mild status from the island. I will go to more of these to when I go back. this was a really great time.
Bought tickets on viator the afternoon of the tour. Showed up to designated location and time and no one was there. Called the number of vendors that was provided in confirmation email. Was told the tour was canceled because no one signed up. Fortunately, the vendor refunded us. If I were you I'd book tickets directly with vendor instead of with third party
Hi! I am sorry to hear your was not able to attend our tour! If you call us at (855)999-9026, we would love to get you on another tour for an unforgettable experience.
Very fun and educational!!! We had all ages from 11 to 65! If your in the area and have 90 minutes I recommend!
It was a great ghost history tour! Our tour guide, Jennifer was very knowledgeable of Galveston history which made it interesting.
Kevin was a great tour guide! We learned so much about the history of Galveston and the ghosts that haunt it. We lots of fun reviewing photos we took to see if we could see any spirits of our own.
Kevin was an awesome guide. He was knowledgable and entertaining. The mosquitos were bad and he brought spray and shared with us all.
We are very excited to hear your comments about Kevin! We will pass them along to him! Thank you for the comments and we hope you will join us again soon!
We chose this tour because the description said it was a history tour with ghost stories mixed in. It sounded different than other ghost tours we’ve been on so we were excited to learn some history along with the local lore. Our guide had no idea of Galveston history, the hurricane of 1900, or even Texas history. He repeatedly referred to Stephen F Austin as Samuel Austin…..we excused ourselves after about 20 minutes. I will be seeking a refund!
Hearing so much interesting history!!! Also, stopping inside a hotel lobby for stories was fun too!!! I was apprehensive about walking for 90 minutes but it was so interesting that the time flew by!!! Our tour guide was great and shared lots of photos with us! This was an affordable adventure!
