Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad Austin made your first ghost tour such a fun and memorable experience. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the mix of Savannah history, local legends, and just the right amount of spooky without it feeling over-the-top. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him. Thanks for joining us and for the recommendation!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you recognized the guide’s efforts, and we’re sorry the Beyond Good & Evil Tour wasn’t what you expected. The experience focuses on Savannah’s darker history, haunted stories, and locations viewed from public areas rather than entering cemeteries or buildings. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, as it helps future guests better understand the style of the tour.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the Beyond Good & Evil Tour didn’t meet your expectations. The experience is designed as an outdoor walking tour centered on Savannah’s darker history, reported hauntings, and the stories connected to specific locations rather than entry into the buildings themselves. We understand that this format and style of storytelling won’t be the right fit for every guest, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how the tour felt from your perspective.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the mix of Savannah history and haunting stories on the Beyond Good & Evil Tour. There really is something special about the city after dark! We’re happy your guide helped make the experience a great one, and we truly appreciate the recommendation. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad the tour picked up once you got moving and that you enjoyed the locations and stories, especially the Mercer-Williams House stop. We also appreciate your comments about the group size and the flow of the storytelling. Those are helpful observations, and we’ll be sure to share them with our team as we continue coaching and developing our guides. Savannah can certainly be a busy city for ghost tours, especially during peak times, and we appreciate your patience when multiple groups are visiting the same historic areas. Thanks again for joining us and for giving us thoughtful feedback on your experience.

Thank you for joining us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the tour overall. The Beyond Good & Evil Tour focuses heavily on the darker stories connected to specific locations and residences, but we appreciate your suggestion for more history about Savannah’s historic buildings and the city itself. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue working to make the experience even better.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that your guide did a good job, but we’re sorry the overall experience did not have the level of detail, atmosphere, or emotional impact you were hoping for. Our tours are designed to focus on haunted history, storytelling, and the real locations connected to each city’s past rather than staged scares or added effects. That said, we understand that atmosphere is an important part of the experience, and we appreciate your comments as we continue working to make our tours more engaging and memorable for guests.

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re thrilled to hear you had a wonderful experience and enjoyed your tour guide. We appreciate you joining us!
