We did not make the shoot and lost 100 percent of our photo session. Please be aware there is no compromise on location in Lake Como. You go where the photographer is located (an hour away from our hotel on the lake) or you will be charged another $100 dollars for him to come to you. The photographer communicated well, but the ad is not entirely accurate. We had no clue that we would be asked to travel an hour from our lake Como area. It was rainy and cold so most likely the pictures wouldn’t have happened anyway. No response from the manager when I expressed my disappointment.

Lake Como spans approximately 100 miles, and our photographers are based in specific locations around the area. Due to the size of the region, it is always necessary to discuss the exact meeting point or pick-up point with our photographers in advance. We strive to inform our clients about these details ahead of time, and we apologize if this was not made clear in the communication with our booking team. Our records indicate that our photographer reached out to you several times over the past month to coordinate the details of your session but did not receive a response until two days before the scheduled date. Our Head of Booking team has also confirmed that she let you know about the travel fees right at the beginning of the booking process. However, we apologize if it wasn't written clearly and therefore missed. Regarding the weather conditions, we recognize that rain and cold can impact outdoor photo sessions. Our photographers are experienced in adapting to various weather situations and are always willing to suggest alternative plans. Unfortunately, as per our refund policy, we are unable to offer a refund for missed appointments or no-shows. We cover 100% from photoshoots that happen only.
