Fabulous trip and extremely well organised. The company is very professional and although I was a little nervous of flying in a small plane, the pilot was very good and kept everybody safe!
It’s always rewarding to hear when a nervous flyer ends up having a great experience. We’re glad our pilot and team made your Grand Canyon airplane tour feel comfortable, professional, and easy to enjoy from start to finish.
Views, good aircraft, big windows, all languages available and friendly employees! Highly recommend!
A Grand Canyon airplane tour is such a great way to take in the scale of the West Rim, and we’re glad the aircraft, views, and friendly team all made for an easy experience. Thanks for the recommendation!
Pilot was thorough, safety minded and good background of the local area.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad our pilot’s focus on safety and knowledge of the area made your Grand Canyon flight both comfortable and informative. We hope to welcome you aboard again!
Make sure they know the exact pickup point. Excellent service. Met lovely people. Music played throughout was a great idea.
Loved the punctuality, the friendliness of all the staff and the trip was great for the price is a top service
One of the headphones didn't work on our trip and the company isn't giving a refund back for it. The refund there offered for 250 dollar ticket was 25 dollars. Just 10%. The service isnt great with papilon either. Find another company of you want to the tour
It got cancelled at the last minute and no alternative was avaliable. Only option was refund or pick another day
The your was good, times were not clear however and we missed the tour originally. Collection times were not clear, we met another group who had missed the tour also. George was helpful and hot us booked onto the next day, it wasn’t very convenient as we had other activities planned however didn’t want to miss this or forfeit the money we paid.
It was very fun and definitely something we'll never regret doing! The whole process was smooth and the employees were super nice. So happy I saw the grand canyon like this
Absolutely fantastic flight and views with good commentary. The weather also played its part with a smooth as ride all the way there and back .
