Make sure they know the exact pickup point. Excellent service. Met lovely people. Music played throughout was a great idea.

One of the headphones didn't work on our trip and the company isn't giving a refund back for it. The refund there offered for 250 dollar ticket was 25 dollars. Just 10%. The service isnt great with papilon either. Find another company of you want to the tour
It got cancelled at the last minute and no alternative was avaliable. Only option was refund or pick another day
The your was good, times were not clear however and we missed the tour originally. Collection times were not clear, we met another group who had missed the tour also. George was helpful and hot us booked onto the next day, it wasn’t very convenient as we had other activities planned however didn’t want to miss this or forfeit the money we paid.
It was very fun and definitely something we'll never regret doing! The whole process was smooth and the employees were super nice. So happy I saw the grand canyon like this
Absolutely fantastic flight and views with good commentary. The weather also played its part with a smooth as ride all the way there and back .
Experience the grand canyon like never before with a guided plane tour enhancing your knowledge and history of the grand canyon , taking in the breathtaking views of not just the canyon but lake mead and colorado river lasting approximately 1 hour the views are definitely ones you want to see. We done helicopter before and much preferred the plane
Informative and beautiful. We were running late due to an accident on the way. We made it just in time. The staff was so kind and got us checked in asap.
I wish they had a video of the whole experience for the price we paid that’s the only part I didn’t like otherwise the tour has some breath taking views.
