⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Sail Maui! I had such an incredible experience with Sail Maui on September 15th on the snorkeling trip to Lanai. Honestly, this was one of the highlights of my Hawaii trip, and it was worth every penny! The crew was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. I became a little seasick during the trip but didn’t tell anyone. I thought I would just lie down on the nets and wait for it to pass. Somehow, the crew noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and immediately came to check on me. They offered me a ginger chew, an ice bag to hold, and medicine. The ginger chew and ice bag worked wonderfully! They continued checking on me frequently and kept offering me drinks to make sure I was comfortable. I was so impressed by how observant and thoughtful they were. They didn’t just provide good service—they truly cared about how I was feeling. And the snorkeling was spectacular! The water was beautiful and incredibly clear. We saw so many colorful fish, sea turtles, and beautiful coral reefs. It was an amazing experience to see all of that underwater. Then came another unforgettable moment: the captain stopped the boat so we could watch dolphins playing right in front of us! Seeing them so close, swimming and playing in the ocean, was absolutely magical. 🐬 From beginning to end, everything was wonderful—the beautiful ocean, incredible snorkeling, amazing wildlife, and especially the fantastic crew. Hawaii hospitality is truly unmatched, and the Sail Maui crew is a perfect example of it. ❤️ Thank you, Sail Maui, for giving me such a memorable experience. I would absolutely do this trip again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui! 🌺🐢🐬

Every part of the crew was absolutely amazing. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend. The crew was not only very sweet and caring, they were very attentive to everyone and their needs. We were fortunate to be able to see a monk seal and whale shark in a matter of 30 minutes which we heard was extremely rare. 10/10 would definitely come back

Wonderful time with our family group of 8. Food was delicious and guides were nice and knowledgeable.

This was perhaps the best sailing excursion we’ve done in hawaii! Super friendly staff. Good equipment and yummy snacks length was just right. We also lucked out with a small booking number. So we had 12 guests on a boat that theoretically holds 30. The snorkeling was fine and nice long stop at the reef. All in all just a perfect way to spend the day!

The crew was friendly and professional. One of my family members got sea sick and they helped her so quickly. My favorite location was the crater because it a wonderful variety of fish. Breakfast and lunch were provided and both were delicious.

We went snorkeling for the very first time. It was an amazing experience! My 7-year-old son was a little nervous at first, and honestly, so was I, but once we got the hang of it, we were off and having so much fun! The crew — Breydan, AJ, and Jenn (I believe those were their names) — were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, friendly, and constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. The food and drinks were always taken care of, and they truly went above and beyond to make it such a great experience. We’re new to traveling, and growing up, neither my partner nor I traveled, so we didn’t realize that tipping the tour crew was a thing. After everything the crew did for us, we really wished we had been prepared to show our appreciation. If you take this tour and feel the crew deserves it, consider bringing a little cash to thank them. They truly deserve it and more! We highly recommend this tour and can’t wait to do it again!

Best boat day I’ve had in Hawaii! Crew was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. We saw so many turtles I couldn’t have even kept track if I tried! Great food, endless drinks, and a good time.
