A great visit on a weekday.
Lovely zoo. Small, but well laid out with fantastic spaces for the animals. Also lots of shade trees and places to sit if you wish. Staff was friendly.

Nature walk with animal exhibits
We spent an enjoyable afternoon at the zoo. The day was overcast, and we were there midday on a Thursday, so there were no crowds at all. This zoo has the atmosphere of a park, and even when you’re walking between exhibits, it’s a peaceful experience. A nice respite from the tourist crowds down at Pike Place.

Great Zoo - Exceeded Expectations
This is a fantastic little zoo. Much more than I was expecting. Parking was easy and if you time it right, free street parking is available. The exhibits are well done and in many cases you get some great up close views of the animals. The best part was seeing the baby lions and baby gorillas. A band was also setting up for an event the day we were there. We had a lovely day here and enjoyed avoiding the crowds of Pike's Market and the waterfront for a day.

The best zoo I've been to. Very naturalistic enclosures and surroundings to match the country of origin of the animals. I would go back

Hard to park. Have to pay to park. Great walking paths and lots to see. Not a good time to go at 12:30 most animals were sleeping. Better around 2 pm or 3 pm I imagine.

Easy and fun everyone was so helpful and kind absolutely loved my time here the best part was the penguin feeding!

Everything they promised
It's true! We just jumped into front of line. It was easy. The zoo staff was familiar with viator. They knew exactly where my tickets were

I loved that the animals...
I loved that the animals had space to walk around. The different sections made it very interesting, for example the African Safari with their zebras and giraffes.

Great zoo, with beautiful exhibits. Family really enjoyed the visit. A must do for new people in the area.

Music insensitivity for animals
It was a nice zoo. However playing a loud music/band is not okay for certain animals. The singers weren't that great anyways, sounds like they’re having a practice not a concert LMAO. Better not to play music. It hurts in the ear. And concern are the animals.
