Great experience, very professional and well organized, made the most of the opportunities and had a great overall experience.

The tour was a bit chaotic. The tour guides were nice but they didn't have experience handling chaos. (1) Before getting off at the first parking lot, they didn't warn people to stay in the same seats. Multiple people changed their seats and some even got in argument with each other. (2) They didn't tell people that the toilet would be closed when the engine was off. Someone actually got locked in the bus toilet for a few minutes because they couldn't open the door to come out. (3) After creating the bonfire, a couple people rushed and created a very small circle. Many others couldn't stay close to the bonfire, couldn't hear what the tour guide was saying clearly and had to deal with the cold wind the whole time. I felt that the tour guides could have asked people to form a bigger circle so everyone could hear

The bus is comfortable, but the directions to the meeting place/office could be clearer. That being said, I was most disappointed by the place we stopped. It was literally behind a mountain facing north so only a small amount of the lights could be seen. The skies were clear, and I understand that stopping where they are clear is a necessity, but it felt more like they found clear skies under a parking lot they were familiar with so we stopped without the surroundings into account. The focus seemed to be more on lighting a bonfire in the wind and telling stories than a true northern lights search. Also, it says 6-9 hours, but they have a hard and fast return by 2am rule. That is 7 hours door to door with a bathroom stop not 9 hours as advertised.

I came to travel with my friends from Japan. The guide was wonderful, and the scenery was wonderful. The undulating green aurora was visible to the naked eye. It was very good! Thank you!

Be patient. The weather was miserable when we left the city. We drove for 1.5 hours and parked and waited for the cloud cover to go. We had hot chocolate whilst we waited and David picked this spot as he knew the clouds would clear and he was right. The lights were amazing. The crew did an amazing job and it is an experience that will live with me forever. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Thanks guys.

Our tour guide never take a picture which is included on our booking never take out his special camera to see northern light customer are the one keen to see northern light got their own gadgets and monitored the northern light very disappointed i will not recommend to book this tour to anyone

Zoltan, Marc and Koren took us on an unforgettable trip in the arctic night! They carefully selected our cloud free viewpoint for that night and made all their efforts to make this a memorable experiencs for the group from the campfire all the way to the tips on photoshooting. We had about an hour of aurora dance above our heads! thank you to this great team for the adventure!

The two guides were very friendly & explained a lot about the northern lights to us / the group. The ride on the coach was pleasant. Although we were traveling in September, it was already very cold at night at 2 °C. At our observation point (1.5 hours away from Tromsø) there was free tea & hot chocolate as well as a small campfire. 1 photo is included for each person. Around midnight we drove back to Tromsø.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to see the lights and is new to the north , the guides have strong knowledge on where to go and about the lights in general ( my guides were koren and Marc who offered a nice and relaxed experience) out of all the northern lights tours offered in Tromsø this is the best value for money it’s all you need I would 100% recommend if it’s within your budget and time frame !!

It was very well organized, instructions clearly explained. Our guides :David and Barcelona guy (sorry forgot your name) were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The pictures taken were beautiful! The whole experience was great! I highly recommend this company. Very reliable and enjoyable!
