Phenomenal experience! I wanted to participate in a traditional Turkish experience and the Hammam is such a great way to treat yourself. It’s a luxurious feeling to be exfoliated and washed on warm marble. I strongly recommend adding a massage to the experience since your skin is all fresh and ready to soak up all the oil. I felt brand new after. The facility is very nice, and while then Hammam experience is communal it is divided into men’s and women’s sides. I was a little out of my comfort zone at first but the staff was so friendly and welcoming and I could tell they all ready cared about the experience of the guest. Especially Harun, he helped me decide the best type of treatment I should get and checked on us after each part of the experience and made sure we got back to town in time so we didn’t miss our ship. I will definitely be back here next time I am in Bodrum

We were picked up on time from the cruise terminal but the car’s break pads were completely worn out making each stop very loud and a little terrifying. Be prepared for 45 min-1 hour commute each way to get to the location. We booked the Hamam experience and 20 minute massage and were constantly being pressured into spending more on additional massage or spa services. The hamam was co-ed so know that nearly naked males & females will be getting washed in the same location. I was disappointed with the hamam portion - we waited over 30 min then had a rushed 5-10 min turn in the bathing area. The soap they used did not smell good and dried out my skin and hair. Then they sat us outside wet and cold and only offered small plastic water cups or tea/coffee. We waited almost an hour for the massage (which was actually really great but also rushed). Then had to wait again to be taken back and sit for an hour in traffic. We spent a total of 4.5 hours on this but only had ~30 min of actual “experience”. On the plus side, the facility was gorgeous (but on the unkempt side).

Just as expected. Collection on time. Staff very helpful. Just worked out perfectly. Worth another visit.

We had a very good Welcoming. Very friendly staff, very soothing setting and Mood and the treatments are very relaxing. I recommend!

Our pick up time was 2pm, we were picked up at 2:30pm… first red flag. When we first entered this establishment we were asked what services we would like. We told them we were there for the Turkish Bath and then went on to pay for a massage as well. I think it is very important to mention that the gentleman at the desk was told that we need to leave no later than 5:30pm to ensure we were back on the ship by 7pm. THE BATH WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My family had an amazing message. However, my massage was terrible due to my therapist being too rough and lacking that tender touch needed when getting a massage (I wish I remembered his name). The first person to complete their service was at 5pm and each one of us followed within 5 to 10 minute increments. Now because the owners are familiar with traffic in their country, you would think they would order a car at 5pm so that it would be there by at least 5:30pm. Well, this did not happen! When I was done with my services I asked was the car ready because I was the last one done at 5:30pm, the lady at the desk said “oh, the car will be here in 10 minutes.” Our car did not get to the establishment until 6:20pm and the ride back to the port was 45 minutes. The problem was their lack of concern in getting us back to the port in time. When you book an excursion you want to ensure several things, including safety and security in knowing you will get back in a timely fashion. We got back to the port by 7:15pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Punctual collection at the agreed place. It's half an hour away anyway. You have the choice to book with or without massage. If you want to decide on the spot, you're more expensive out. There is a price to negotiate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Every extra cost of course m, eg if you want scrub salts in the Hamman you have to pay 15 euros extra.

Constant upsell from the time you walk in and each step of your bath and massage. I had to ask masseuse to stop twice during massage because he was hurting me.Would not do it or recommend it again

This was supposed to be a Turkish Bath experience but once on site it was nothing but pressure selling. We relented and paid an additional €160 for a massage but then we had to pay an additional €40 during the bath for the salt rub as it’s not included and then we didn’t get the face mask as was sold. The massage was mediocre and although the setting is nice it’ is very very expensive for what you get. The final straw came when waiting for transport to return to our ship. We told them we needed to be back for 3pm. The traffic in Bodrum is a nightmare and we knew it would take at the very least 30 - 45 minutes to get back. At 1.50pm we asked for return transport and despite getting very anxious the transport eventually arrive at 2.40pm. It was then a nightmare journey back through the traffic. We got back at 3.15pm. If you are on a cruise ship with a deadline then please do not book this trip. It was terribly organised, cost us a fortune and stressed myself and my partner to the max. Communication with the tour operator was not pleasant either. They had no interest in my worries about being late and missing our ship departure. Luckily I’m back on board but this was most definitely not as advertised. Try others or just have a massage at home without the stress.

Interesting experience but not what I expected. Make sure to bring a swimsuit. They don’t tell you that in the overview. You are also in the Hamam with lots of other people, both male and female. As you are getting the scrub and foam there are people waiting sitting around the edges watching. It was also very rushed. The massage afterwards was just ok and they try to upsell you on more massages, even in the middle of the massage. That also felt rushed. I was hoping it would be a more relaxing experience. If you come on a cruise ship, please know the location of the Hamam is about a 30-45 minute drive depending on how many other people the driver has to pickup or drop off along the way.

This was an amazing experience. Did do a couple of add on massages reflexology and lymph drainage but it was so worth it.
