Our flight was delayed we were told by about 45 mins which wasnt a problem as this allowed us time to eat (bonus) yes the food and drink is over priced but that's what you expect in airports this day and age. What spoilt it for me was the security staff doing our final bag checks my brother in law asked if he had time to have a cigarette before boarding which a sarcastic female security guard made a sarcastic comment and then proceeded to point and laugh at him, not only was our flight delayed by an hour but we then stood waiting to board for another hour surrounded by 5 security staff waiting to check our bags who not once told anyone of us what we were waiting for to then be rushed through security where all my hand luggage was pulled out any how and just rammed back in another case was broken and just handed back to my husband with the security guard just saying "BROKEN" no apology rude rude rude and I can not stand rudeness from anyone regardless what nationality they are!!!!
Dear Susan, Your comment is entirely about the Airport and Airport staff. Please review your comment. We only transferred you from your hotel to the airport. Regards Atilla Arman
