This half day tour to Sintra town & palace was stress free and just the right amount of time for us. It was a small group tour, in a modern Mercedes van with Aircon & our guide, Firat, was friendly & professional & made everyone feel comfortable. Sintra & palace can get VERY busy but our guide knew all the tricks to bypass the crowds. We received great info & got some free time in both spots to enjoy on our own. Cost wise, there were a number of cheaper Sintra tours on offer, but in our opinion this one was well worth it for the ease and comfort of the day & not feeling 'herded' around in big crowds in the heat.
We had our tour with Olcay and Paulo (driver). It happened to be raining hard with my two toddler nephews and Olcay and Paulo were wonderful. They helped pivot their usual tour to accommodate the weather and our tour. They were communicative, on time and very knowledgeable. We’d definitely recommend this trip. If you can do a full day, it’d be worth it but this was all the time we had available for this excursion.

We opted for the 1/2 day visit, which was plenty. Our guide, Pedro, was wonderful! He was very informative, a true historian. He provided insight to all aspects of the visit, and included additional information that enhanced the experience. Highly recommend!

Great way to see the highlights of Sintra and the surrounding neighborhood! We spent a nice day with a small group making it more intimate and our tour guide was attentive to all our questions. Our tour guide, Firat, made the experience extra special with local recommendations and was very knowledgeable regarding the history. We very much enjoyed this tour!

Easy booking, easy to meet, all went to plan. Pena Palace was wonderful, but so was the drive to it. We enjoyed Sintra too. Our guide Hugo was very friendly and very knowledgeable - he made sure we all had a great experience. An absolutely brilliant afternoon!

Our tour to Sintra was great. Pedro was our guide and was so knowledgeable and friendly. I would not have wanted to do Sintra without a guide! He was great at navigating the crowds and making sure we had a tasty pastry and time to explore some!
