For my son’s 12th birthday, we followed the activity of making pralined rocks with 12 pre-teens... The challenge was high but the team took it successfully. We were all delighted, and enjoyed homemade chocolates, and our creations! Khrisna showed a lot of patience and pedagogy. It was a great birthday! Thank you so much! (And I also recommend Gingerettes - the equivalent of orangettes but with ginger: they are delicious!)
