We waited 25 minutes then left. Later we found out our guide was given the wrong address to pick us up. As this was our last and only day was not able to rebook. We were quickly refunded our money but was very disappointed as we could not book anything else thus unable to see the city as we would have liked, with a knowledgeable guide. Really put a pall on the whole Amsterdam experience for us.
We’re truly sorry for what happened and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on your only day in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the meeting address provided to the guide, and we take full responsibility for that. While we were glad to issue a prompt refund, we know that it doesn’t make up for the missed opportunity to explore the city with a guide, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we will be reviewing our procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Best regards.

We booked a private tour as we were traveling as a group of 10. Karl was our guide. He was really engaging and gave us the history of Amsterdam as well as current information about the city. It was a great introduction to this amazing place! Highly recommend.
Just had the luck of having Laura as guide to show me and explain all the quirks of this beautiful city.
