I had a really wonderful time on this tour. I do quite a lot of solo travelling which has a lot of pros, but sometimes turning up to these things can be a little daunting. Marco, the tour guide is so great with people, he made me feel welcome and at ease immediately. He was very attentive and great at making sure his time and attention was spread evenly across the group. The tour isn’t massively informative in terms of Croatian history etc although you are free to ask any questions. For me, I really just wanted to be out on the water, take in the beautiful views and watch the sunset, which was exquisite. The tour requires quite a lot of paddling, which can be tiring but well worth it. As I was solo in a kayak, there was a time in rougher waters, where I fell behind a little. Marco helped pull me along for a distance, to ensure I didn’t get too separated from the group. So although paddling solo is much harder, don’t let that put you off, as they will absolutely help you! Highly recommend, I just wish I had booked directly with them rather than through Viator. I realised afterwards that Viator take a big chunk, unfortunately. I left a little tip to hopefully make up for it a bit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A superb experience in Dubrovnik! We did the Sunset Kayak Tour this evening and it was truly one of the best experiences of our trip. A big thank you to our guide Marco, who was as friendly as he was professional! They provide: 500ml of bottled water, 250ml of local white wine, a small waterproof barrel for personal items, and also a waterproof bag for your larger personal items. Plan for: sunscreen 🧴, a cap 🧢, sunglasses 😎, a towel; not mandatory, but water shoes or sandals are recommended because the beach is pebbly and the rocks are a bit slippery at certain stops. There were three of us and, since I was alone in my kayak, Marco took the time to check if I was comfortable paddling solo. He even offered me two types of kayaks: one faster and easier to maneuver, but a little less stable, and another more stable, but slightly slower. I really appreciated this attention and the fact that I could choose according to my comfort level. The atmosphere throughout the outing was excellent. Marco shares just enough interesting information about Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, without turning the excursion into a History 101 class. 😄 The music was also very well chosen and played at the right moments, which really added something to the experience. And to finish… the sunset over the Adriatic was simply masterful. 🌅 A moment hard to beat! Unforgettable memory! A magical and magnificent moment! This was a wonderful way to see the city and get away from the hustle and bustle while getting some exercise, learning some history, and enjoying the beauty of the sea. Marco was kind and ensured everyone was safe and having a good time. Thanks for a fun evening!!!

Marco was awesome! This is a 3h+ experience so if you have kids with you make sure they are up to it, Well worth the money

The tour was disappointing, we kayaked to 2 locations. The first was a small inlet, not much to say. The second a cave which was crammed with a hundred other kayakers. Our guide would stop us to many times in open water, I get seasick if we stay still for too long. Our guide talked to much about his political views, didn’t really get to enjoy the sunset as I got sick.
