We booked on the spur of the moment while we were walking the Walls of Dubrovnik. The guide was completely prepared. He explained the fundamentals of kayaking, and we set out. Really a great time! We didn’t have beach / water shoes, so we went barefoot. A little painful but we managed! So glad we were spontaneous!

This was so much fun and Andro was an excellent and fun guide. Highly recommend if you’re short on time in Dubrovnik as you get a quick coastal view of old town while doing a fun activity! Fair warning, if you’re not good at kayaking or have never done it, this may not be for you as it’s a bit challenging on the return paddle and you will need strength and a bit of experience to get back safely.
This experience was cool and the tour guide was great, however beware solo travelers, I was paired with someone from a group of three (thought I’d have my own kayak) and this person couldn’t kayak at all so I ended up rowing two people for 5K. Maybe skip if you’re solo just in case!
I was scheduled for the 10am one but got pushed back to 11am due to lack of participants. The experience itself was worth it. I enjoyed kayaking on the ocean and Betina cave beach is beautiful. When we went we basically had the whole beach to ourselves. Guide was friendly and taught us how to use the kayaks appropriately. What made the trip annoying were these four guys on our tour that had no respect for the rest of the group. They paddled pathetically slow, making us waste time waiting for them. Then they went off to go cliff diving while we were trying to leave. Guide was too timid to get on them. Thankfully this guide from the other tour group that just came had the courage to actually yell at them and call them out. Our guide said he couldn't just leave them because he'd get in trouble. But why should the rest of us be punished because they don't want to enforce the rules, or even make any decent attempt to keep these kind of people in check?
Great communication as they had to change the day and time due to the wind making kayaking unsafe. When we did get to go out, the guide was knowledgeable and calm. The experience itself exceeded my expectations- especially as the weather was not perfect so we weren’t sure if we would be able to complete the tour but the wind dropped and we could paddle to Lokrum island. Scenery was beautiful- the highlight was the Betina cave and having some time to snorkel around it. Highly recommended!
I was initially a bit hesitant to join a ‘Group’ Kayak tour, however I was completely wrong… this was a delightful excursion far exceeding my expectations! From start to finish Nemo and Dino our Tour Guides were fully engaged with our group. Friendly, funny and super professional they not only ensured everyone’s safety, they both offered fantastic insights about the Old City with historical facts. We enjoyed a comfortable paddle, visit to a beach with time for snorkelling and lots of history along the way! Thank you BOTH… Nemo and Dino for being such tremendous guides and providing such a memorable experience!
This tour was excellent-so much fun!!! Eddie was our tour guide and he was amazing! We got so much great history and a flavor for the area including great restaurant recommendations. He kept the group together easily and gave us all great directions. Would highly recommend this tour!
Seeing Dubrovnik from sea in a kayak gave a different perspective and gave a more personal experience. The weather was breezy and the sea quite choppy for our trip, but this added to the experience. Edi was our guide and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable on Dubrovnik's history and his kayak instruction was spot on. Strongly recommended.
