Regarding your complaint about the air conditioning, we have conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that the car's air conditioner is working properly and producing cold air. Our driver, Mr. Darmawan, has also confirmed that water was provided to you and that you can request additional bottles if needed, which are stored in the box at the back of the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that you spent the day at the beach and the car was parked in direct sunlight, which would naturally cause the temperature inside the cabin to rise. Additionally, our driver reported that you opened the left-side window, allowing the heat to enter the cabin and affecting the air conditioner's performance. Regarding communication with our driver, Mr. Darmawan is proficient in English and is capable of understanding and following instructions. However, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication, and we apologize if our driver did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We also expect our customers to treat our staff with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, our driver felt uncomfortable with the way he was treated, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
