I loooooooooved the experience! But what made it so joyful were the people! Our crew was absolutely amazing! Jamal and Mark deserve a bonus this year! They went above and beyond. I was traveling with my 8-year-old son, and they made sure he received just as much attention and care as all the adults. That meant so much to me. Jamal and Mark are incredibly experienced, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They didn’t just run an excursion for us they showed us the best of Belize, its beauty, and its people. Every single one of our needs was taken care of. Even my request for coffee, Mark made sure I got exactly what I wanted! ☕️ I absolutely loved their attitude, their energy, and the entire trip. They made me want to come back again and I WILL be back! I will definitely book with them again. Jamal and Mark, I truly hope Splash Wave Tours recognizes you, promotes you, and gives you the bonus you deserve! You guys are the BEST! ❤️

This company is unethical and unprofessional! Almost ruined our entire trip. I've wanted to swim with sharks my entire life, and another young girl wanted the same, with aspirations of being a marine biologist someday. We came out of the cruise port, some guy walked us through town to a dock with a shack at the end. Upon getting there they told us there weren't enough people to go, so they canceled the trip. They've known long enough what the passenger count would be, to let us know we had to change plans. By the time we were told in person, it was too late to go with another tour company. We even offered to pay for extra tickets to make the minimum. This company wouldn't budge. Worst company I've ever had to deal with through Trip Advisor and Viator. Beware!!! Book with a different company! We scrambled to call companies and finally take a ferry to Caye Caulker and then another private boat to Shark Alley.

The phone number that was printed on my itinerary wasn’t a good number. The hotel called the company and they came and got us. I don’t think they was going to get us. The company were nice and informative. We had a good time. A storm came up and cut it a little short.

Stacey is a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. We swam with nurse sharks, sea turtles and sting rays. We loved it!

We took an excursion with Splash Wave with a multigenerational family. Mark and Paul were our boat captains and Jamal and Jose were our guides. These men were phenomenal! They gave us so much information about the area and the history of Belize during our ride to and from our snorkel excursion. They were excellent guides in the water, pointing out things while we snorkeled and guiding us to the best spots. They took great care of our family and made this experience so much fun and unforgettable. Everyone in our party agreed they’d love to come back and discover more in Belize.

What an absolutely unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best possible day on the reef. Traveling with my son can sometimes require a little extra attention, and the crew showed incredible kindness, patience, and genuine care. They made sure he was comfortable and helped us every step of the way, allowing me to fully enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed. Because of their thoughtfulness and attention to detail, I was able to snorkel the breathtaking coral reef, swim alongside nurse sharks and stingrays, and take in the beauty of the Mesoamerican Reef—something I’ll never forget. The staff’s professionalism, knowledge, and warm personalities made us feel safe, welcomed, and cared for throughout the entire tour. It’s rare to find a team that truly treats every guest like family, but that’s exactly what they did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a special memory for us. Your exceptional service and genuine compassion did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belize without hesitation!

This experience was awesome. We are very novice snorklers but there were experienced snorklers on the excursion with us and we all had a wonderful time. The captain and guides we had were awesome! We had rum punch and fresh pineapple after snorkeling. We also went to a restaurant on the beach which was delicious and affordable. I would 10/10 recommend booking this excursion. Also swimming with the sharks and stingrays was such an amazing experience!

This was our favorite stop on our cruise. We loved the island we stopped at for lunch. The snorkeling on the reef was amazing. If we had more time we would have done it for much longer. We weren’t huge fans of the sharks and rays part. It was a little chaotic, mostly because there were kids in the tour group and they were wild while the sharks and rays were swimming around. The tour company was great though. Very nice, pointed out things while snorkeling that we would have missed on our own.
