Unfortunately, the horseback riding tour experience was very disappointing. Most of the route was along a busy road instead of natural trails, as advertised. This ruined the connection with the natural scenery that we were hoping for. Additionally, during the excursion, one of my friends almost fell off when the front hooves of her horse gave out, resulting in her getting bruised. I would not recommend this tour to anyone seeking an authentic horseback riding experience.
Great time. Great service. Nice way to get in touch with nature after a nasty hangover. I would recommend for other couples. Que sea caballero!

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time with JOE POSADA as our tour guide!!! He made the trip SO much FUN, and translated seamlessly between English and Spanish. The drive to the Horse ranch was beautiful and Joe shared history of the area along the way. Once we arrived at the horse ranch we were greeted by the sweetest family and so many beautiful, MAJESTIC, well cared for horses. We set out on our tour along the countryside and through mountains and saw so many gorgeous birds, flowers, eucalyptus, bamboo and got to experience the fresh mountain air with such great company. The VIEWS at the mountain top were stunning and we grabbed a drink at the local spot on top of the mountain. Joe was the highlight of the tour. He made the experience so memorable. It is a time we will always cherish. We enjoyed it so much we booked another tour specifically with JOE to visit Guatape. Joe is incredible and the horse tour was such a beautiful way to experience the Colombian countryside. HIGHLY recommend and ask for JOE!!!! You will be SO happy you did!!

Absolutely incredible experience! What made it truly special was our guide Joe Posada. He picked us up and took us to the location and helped with translating since we only speak English. He’s a joy to be around and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience, so much so that we ended up booking another (different) tour later in the week because the impression he made on us. The staff at the horse farm were also extremely friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. You could tell the horses were well cared for. The whole experience beginning to end was very thoughtful, intentional, and the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this experience or any others by Medellín City Services ESPECIALLY if you get the option and privilege to be shown around by Joe!!! He will make it a memorable experience you’ll never forget while sharing his wealth of knowledge about Colombia. Truly a gem

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had whilst travelling! Luis was my tour guide and he was so knowledgeable. He could tell you the history of anything related to Colombia. I learnt so much and my heart was full! The horses were also very well loved and cared for. I’m so grateful to have had this fabulous opportunity.
