The trip was exactly as I expected it. Everything was fine until the last five minutes on the travel guide ask for a tip from every person of $20 or so there were probably 100 people on that bus four seats across times I’m guessing 20 rows, I found that to be outrageous.

Recently visited Vegas and I wanted to take my kiddo to see the Grand Canyon without renting a car. It took a fair amount of digging online, but eventually I came upon the National Park Express. I didn't realize when booking our trip that these 'shuttles' were actually also tour buses for others - we were pleasantly surprised to get all the information provided enroute. Tour guide and driver both on our trip out and our trip back several days later were all great. The meet up at the tour bus spot near the Excalibur was pretty straight forward - our bus was running behind but there were several other buses there at the time we were told to be there who were able to assure me it hadn't come early or anything. They gave everyone a bottle of water and granola bar when we hopped on the bus - nice perk. Bus was running late on our return trip as well, that time I did have to call the number they emailed to us ahead of time to verify it was still coming. We enjoyed the ride, the buses were clean, had bathrooms on board and phone chargers at the seats. My only complaint is this - the 'bus stop' in Williams, az they drop you at is literally just a McDonalds parking lot in a very small little town. I somehow had gotten it in my head that Williams would be more....touristy I guess? But once we got dropped off by the bus, we had the hardest time finding a Lyft/Uber to get us to our hotel. Even called the local taxi company who told me they were completely booked for the day. Took over 2 hours to get a ride. So warning - if your using them as a shuttle service, look into the drop off location and make sure you have a plan to get where your going (something like Lyft/Uber/Taxi should be booked ahead or you might not find a ride).

The trip was amazing and the guide Joel and the driver were so professional and kind. Over all the trip was a great experience.

Wonderful experience with Gia and Milton. We did enjoyed the helicopter and boat which the guide recommended.

Had a great experience visiting the grand canyon, south rim - with Joel (tour guide) and Paul Sr (driver). Informative and fun.

Olivia is an amazing tour guide!! She explained everything very well and made everything very interesting. Our bus driver, Lupa, was super friendly and was very efficient.
