Scarlett was amazing. She gave awesome info and wasn’t boring at all. She made the tour very interesting. She and John kept everything running smoothly and on time.

today me and my family did the Horseshoe and Antelope Canyon lower tour. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever done. Another plus is there is no national park fee you have to pay either! Our tour guide was an absolute gem called Olivia, she is incredibly knowledgeable without overloading you with information. Her attitude throughout the long day was fantastic and nothing was any trouble for her. She is truly an amazing member of the team. Luis our bus driver was also fantastic, I get car sick very easily but I never once felt that way on the long bus journey there and back. Highly, highly recommend!

A better overview of the different canyons & the rate of difficulty would help inform future travelers as which one to pick.

Our guide 'Mama' was both our guide and driver and she did an awesome job at both. Kept the flow going and a clean bus. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. However at the end of the tour she was very vocal about her expectations of what a minimum tip should be ($20 pp min) and even added guilt by saying how much her young child appreciated the tips. There were 41 people on our bus. That's a pretty hefty paycheck. Otherwise I would have given her a 5-star review.

They picked us up on time at Treasure Island in the morning. As soon as we got in the car, there were cookies and water to fill our stomachs. Along the way, Scarlett was very enthusiastic in introducing the scenic spots, and she also made sure we had rest stops along the way to buy things and use the restroom. Both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend were amazing. However, for some reason, when we arrived at Antelope Canyon, we were assigned two extra people, which meant we couldn't go down until the sunlight wasn't as beautiful (it seems there's a limit of 15 people per group). But the local guide actively reported this to the staff, and after we were able to go down, we saw a very beautiful view that was truly unforgettable. It was well worth the trip, and I recommend everyone come.

Very good tour itinerary with impeccable execution. Tour Guide Olivia has everything at back of her hand and had the whole operations in control. Her constant reminder of passengers’ timings, grouping, briefing and knowledge of the destinations that kept everyone in que and yet relax during the long bus ride. NationalParkExpress’ bus is clean, comfortable ride and with wifi running! All the mentioned made this tour a perfect day trip for me.
