My guide was great and professional very knowledgeable at the end of the day the driver asked for a tip which I thought it stated no tipping prior to completing my reservation . I told him I did not have any cash on me.
We had Norhan as our guide, and Mustafa as our driver! Both were great, nice, and patient. Norhan was very knowledgeable in the history of Alexandria and she made the experience worth the trip. She was easy to understand and speak to. She was able to answer all the questions we had along the tour. She took us pictures and she made sure we were comfortable and happy! I really enjoyed seeing Alexandria with Mrs. Norhan! She was even sweet to the kids who were trying to sell us stuff. I recommend her for your next guide!
Mohamed is a local, what a big direct plus that is. He knows his onions, Such a relief he spoke good English with a slight American accent. Could read the heliograph and translated accordingly., He’s in the middle of his Doctorate. And that was beautiful to hear.
Mohammed was an excellent guide. He took us to the Library of Alexandria, the catacombs as well as a beautiful masjid and church. He had great historical facts about each site, was very warm annd easy going and answered all our groups questions with ease. Highly recommended if your interested in exploring Alexandria
My pickup location was slightly outside of the allowed area, but they made an exception for me. The tour guide, Mohammed, was very nice and professional. I just finished a tour of Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan, so the only thing I still wanted to do was Alexandria. I’m glad I did this tour.
Had a great tour with Karim as the tour guide and the driver Karam. Both were highly knowledgeable and engaged, and catered to our dietaries for lunch!

From the beginning everyone was very punctual, the entrance tickets were always on time, we really didn't wait to enter anywhere, Karina our guide gave us enough time at each stop to take photos and refresh ourselves, I loved how friendly and good-vibed she was, plus she and our driver seemed to know everyone in the Alexandria area so it was a wonderful experience.
This was an Amazing tour and experience. The drive to Alexandria is a bit Long but Well worth it. Our tour guide Mohammed was a Living encyclopedia of knowledge and made sure we got so much great information on all of our stops. He made sure there was enough time each place and made sure everyone was okay and ready to move on from place to place. The food included in the trip was delicous and a great Way to end the trip before returning Home.
