フェアバンクスから東に60マイル（約110キロ）の所にある有名なチェナ温泉リゾートまで運ばれる途中、ゆっくりとリラックスしてアラスカの絶景を眺めましょう。 道中は目を凝らして歩きましょう。ヘラジカやキツネ、さらにはビーバーが生息している場所を見つけることもあります。 1,000トン以上の氷と雪から作られた見事な氷の彫刻があるオーロラ氷博物館のツアーから出発します。 冒険心? オプションのアップルティーニを手彫りのアイスグラス（21＋、別売り）でお試しください。 その後、リゾートの天然温泉に浸かったり、風光明媚なトレイルを散策したり、温室や地熱エネルギー施設を見学したりできます。 腹減った? ホテル内のレストランでは、新鮮なアラスカのシーフードや農産物を提供しています（食事は含まれません）。 フェアバンクスに戻る前に、地元で作られたお土産のギフトショップに立ち寄りましょう。 ご注意ください ― ツアーの7日前まで全額返金の対象です。

リゾートに到着したら、レストランで昼食をとり、自家栽培のアラスカ料理をお試しいただけます (オプションで料金に含まれません)。バーで温かい飲み物や冷たい飲み物を楽しんだり、水着を着て温泉へ出かけたりできます。活力を与えるミネラルウォーターは、年間を通じて華氏 41 度 (摂氏 106 度) の温かい温度で筋肉を落ち着かせます。 温泉に滞在したり、リゾート周辺にある数多くのトレイルを歩いて野生動物に出会えるかもしれません。あるいは、アラスカの大自然の美しさをただ楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。 リゾートの温室と地熱発電所のオプション ツアーに参加して、リゾートがどのように自家発電し、より自立した生活を目指しているかについて詳しく学ぶこともできます。
チェナ ホット スプリングス リゾートに到着したら、オーロラ アイス ミュージアムのツアーを楽しみ、氷から彫られたクールな彫刻を鑑賞します。手彫りの氷のグラスで提供されるアップルティーニもお楽しみいただけます (料金には含まれておりません。写真付き身分証明書が必要です)。 その後は、利用可能なアクティビティをチェックしたり、広大な敷地を散歩したりしてみましょう。レストランのテーブルに案内され、ランチと温かいまたは冷たい飲み物をお楽しみいただけます（オプションで料金には含まれません）。 午後の残りの時間は、癒しの温泉に浸かったり、周囲の小道を散策してアラスカの自然を楽しみながら過ごしてください。 午後 4 時頃にグループに戻り、途中で野生動物や素晴らしい景色に注目しながらフェアバンクスに戻ります。

- 温泉に入る場合は水着が必要です。ゴム靴やタオルなども持っていくと良いでしょう。タオルは 5 ドルで利用できます。
- ロッカーが利用可能で、料金は 2 クォーター (50 セント) です。必要に応じて両替機が館内にあります。
- アイス ミュージアムでアップルティーニを購入する場合、またはレストラン/バーでその他のアルコール飲料を購入する場合は、写真付き身分証明書が必要です。
- 18 歳未満のお子様および妊娠中のお客様は、屋外岩プールをご利用いただけませんが、屋内プールはご利用いただけます。
- 当社のバンは車椅子対応ではありません。ただし、折りたたみ式のものを入れるのに十分なスペースがあり、温泉は車椅子でアクセスできます。ご予約前にお問い合わせください。
- お子様には大人の同伴が必要です。
- 最低収容人数に達しない場合、または危険な道路状況によりキャンセルして全額返金することが可能です。

It’s a full and beautiful trip! Saw sled dogs, blk bear and moose! Ice house great and so was the apple martini, greenhouse tour great! We loved the hot springs, we found our spot!

It was awesome! We had the whole place to ourselves being it was one week before season. The hot spring and ice house were cool.
We had a great day at Chena Springs. We were picked up right on time, had good conversation and a very pleasant ride up north, liked the Ice Museum and lunch and then thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the springs (and the hot tubs and pool). For us, it was a perfect day after traveling the entire previous day and we'd highly recommend this!
From cold to hot! The experience was great- the ice museum was definitely one of a kind and be prepared to pivot to hot when you enter the springs!
A wonderful experience, 109° in some areas of the giant Hot Springs highly recommend going it’s about an hour and a half drive from North Pole Alaska. to see we saw moose in the wild
Did not care much for the Ice Museum. The hot springs is an experience not to be missed. Tour guide Colton was marvelous. Educational, informative and did whatever he could to please and provide for the tour group. Saw beautiful Northern Lights.
We booked a Chena Hot Springs tour with Alaska Wildlife Guide LLC for New Year’s Eve, but they canceled the afternoon before, citing weather as the reason. While I understand that cancellations can happen, we felt misled because we were able to quickly arrange our own transportation and had no issues getting there or back. The hot springs were open and fantastic, and so were the restaurant, the Ice Museum, and the dog sledding. Everything up there was operating normally and made for a great New Year’s Eve. I later noticed in the disclosures that tours may be canceled if there are not enough participants. If that was the actual reason, I would have appreciated more transparency. Canceling the day before, especially on a major holiday, almost left us without a plan. That said, the silver lining was that by arranging transportation ourselves, we ended up saving quite a bit of money and still had an excellent experience at Chena Hot Springs.
This was wonderful, from the front desk staff to the hot springs it self. Had such a great time in the hot springs and wish I would have planned better so we could do this again. Appreciated the hot tub and pool when we came in from the hot spring.Only suggestion would be expanding on the dressing rooms for it was very difficult to change with lack of room and so, so many people.
Kathy and Racheal were absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them to tour. Unfortunately they are not taking us to the artic circle. Thank you thank you thank you
