The experience was seamless. My bags were delayed and I let the company and driver know that I’d take a bit longer when I arrived. My driver waited for me while I waited to talk to the airline about sorting my luggage. He was very kind and helpful. Seamless drop-off to my hotel.

Short holiday visit
Friendly driver was waiting neatly, and car was parked nearby. Very helpful. We were quickly at hotel.

No show at pick up; quick response to try to remedy but not alternative.
No driver present when we arrived. Company was quick to reply via WhatsApp and offer a free return and quickly refunded our trip. Driver got stuck in traffic, per the company’s response the next day, but there was no service/communication and I assume the alternative would have been to wait an undetermined amount of time for him to show up. Would not recommend if you are not comfortable finding local taxis.

Easy going airport pickup
Pretty easy experience. Driver was timely and friendly to speak to on the way to my hotel. Prior to pickup the driver had kept in contact with me over text the whole time until he arrived at the airport.

Good driver friendly
Driver was on time and very helpful even though he spoke little English and I speak very little Spanish. My luggage got lost and he stayed until I had filed a claim.
Good driver, seems like a good company.

Great communication
They originally went to the wrong hotel so they were 15 minutes late but they called us to let us know what was going on.
But we booked a little early just to be safe:)
The service was friendly and got us to the airport quickly with no issues.
We would definitely use them again!
