My Driver Cesar waited for me at the airport for over an hour because the immigration line was super long, thanks to him he had a good friendly attitude and everything went perfectly fine.
Will surely use them again.

Highly recommend
Cesar was our driver and he was wonderful. He spells little English and we speak even less Spanish. He kept in contact through WhatsApp from the time we were on our flight, through immigration and until we met him where he was holding a sign with my name on it. He was very helpful and despite the language barrier gave us some recommendations and had light conversation. The ease of having him scheduled was well worth it.

Everything was very well-organized
I had a great experience with this transport company. They helped me arrange a pickup from the airport to my hotel, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The communication between the company and the driver was excellent, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey, and the driver Pedro was professional and reliable.
I would definitely use the same service again the next time I’m in Bogotá. Highly recommended!

Good communication both...

Carlos was great!! Really informative on the drive to the hotel . He was communicative before arrival making it easy for us to locate him. I felt really safe service was great ! Definitely takes the stress out of finding a ride at the airport that I have dealt with before here in bogota.

Transportation from El Dorado Airport to the hotel at dawn

Excellent communication for early arrival
Had a great experience with the airport pickup flying into Bogota. It was our first time we were arriving to Bogota and I received constant communication throughout the process before and when we landed. The immigration line took a long time and the driver was very attentive to communicating with me. The directions were clear on where to meet the driver.
