サンタ・ロサ・デ・カバールはペレイラ市の近くにある小さな町である。 ココラ渓谷に近いことから、ユネスコがコロンビアの遺産のコーヒー文化的景観として宣言した地域に属する。
山の近くを少し歩くと、最初の滝に着きます。そこでは、小さな滝が水を数十のホット チューブに流し込みます。これらはすべて温度が異なります。 2 つ目は、別の熱い滝のふもとまでの短いハイキングが必要です。 温泉のミネラルが体の毒素を浄化し、酸素化と血流を改善するのに役立つことはよく知られています.そしてもちろん、温泉に入る目的はあくまでも温泉なので、話が終わったら休憩して自分のことだけに集中する時間をたっぷりとってあげましょう。

The natural scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with lush green mountains, the stunning waterfall, and the soothing thermal pools creating the perfect place to relax and recharge. The entire experience was well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were clean, and the thermal waters were exactly what we needed after several days of traveling. A special thank you to our guide and driver, Jose, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience throughout the day.
