Excellent hike with jorge. 6km of undulating paths which were a bit slippy. Big stick definitely helped me. Amazing waterfalls, scenery and birdlife. Lunch was lovely. One of the best short hikes I’ve done

Jorge was a fabulous guide for this hike. It's not too difficult but is undulating, so if you're a regular hiker you'll be fine. Booking this tour takes the hassle out of transportation and gives you an opportunity learn more about Colombia from a local.

I had an absolutely amazing experience on my La Chorrera tour! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. I was picked up directly from my hotel, which made the experience so convenient, and I had a private tour with Myra as my guide. Myra was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly knowledgeable about Colombia and shared so much interesting information throughout the day. She was also so patient and attentive, always checking in on me with her sweet “¿Cómo vamos?” to make sure I was doing okay during the hike. The hike itself was challenging but absolutely beautiful, and reaching La Chorrera was so rewarding. The scenery along the way was breathtaking, and the traditional Colombian food afterward was really good and the perfect way to finish the day. I’m honestly so happy I made the decision to do this tour. Myra made the experience even more special, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bogotá who wants to experience Colombia’s incredible nature and countryside. It is the experience you need if you want to disconnect and spend a day in nature. It can be demanding. But our guide was very attentive and ensured our safety the whole time. A little-known route with enviable landscapes.

The experience was amazing! Camilo was our guide, he gave us a very personalized experience. What I love about the tour is that you are picked up wherever you are staying, you can observe the life of the community around the La Chorrera waterfall and the food was very good. It is a tour that makes you connect with nature. I recommend it 100%!!

Had a great time! Our guide, Ricardo, was super sweet and very informative, I really enjoyed chatting with him I would consider this a medium hike, leaning towards hard when it's wet or raining. Take your time and plenty of breaks, especially if you're not used to walking at high altitudes (I live on sea level, so my heart felt like it was beating out of my chest!) Beautiful views, and the trek felt very rewarding. Would not recommend to anyone with heart or breathing issues,

Overall, a really great experience! It was definitely well worth the price! I could've spent more time in the park or with the Guide, but I wanted to do a quick experience, and we still didn't miss a thing. The Guide ALFACA was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful with everything. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Diego was our private tour guide. He was amazing! He shared lots of information about Bogota and the surrounding area. He was very patient with us during the hike. We were slow hikers and stopped many times to take photos. The lunch was delicious. The views were amazing and the hike was peaceful. We only saw about a dozen people (we went on a Wednesday). I would recommend this tour for those that enjoy the great outdoors and want a moderate challenge. Definitely bring some good shoes.

My guide, Camilo, was wonderful. He communicated with me via WhatsApp and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Columbia. We hiked up to the waterfalls, while he explained how the ecosystem works. Lunch was fresh, local and delicious. I would highly recommend you include lunch. Overall 10/10. An absolutely beautiful part of the world.
