Truly incredible experience; we had Kebin as our guide, who was not only incredibly kind and thoughtful, but (most importantly) intimately knew the reefs and where to look to find vibrant sealife, including sea turtles, a range of tropical fish, and various types of rays. Amusingly, we overheard guides from other groups saying the reef was empty that day and there was nothing to see — but because we had the right guide, that was very much not our experience. Can’t emphasize enough how much having the right guide matters! Additionally, Álvaro handled our shuttle from Playa del Carmen to Puerto Morelos, and was kind and courteous. The price is also very reasonable for personalized transfer plus two reefs!
