Unfortunately we didn’t get to go on our tour because we never got picked up. We were at our designated stop EARLY at 8:05AM We stood there for almost 2 hours waiting. When I finally got in contact with the company they stated the driver come by twice. We were there the whole time waiting and nobody ever called my name. When talking to the lady on the phone asked if I was ‘Jill’ and couldn’t seem to find me at first which was the first red flag, then after searching the system they found my reservation. What I don’t understand is why the driver didn’t yell out ‘golden circle party of two’ or anything. I have this haunting memory of hearing one of the drivers yell out ‘Jill’ and now that the person on the phone called me Jill I know that must of been our driver… there was clearly a big drop in communication/info because they didn’t know who they were picking up. On top of that, I even messaged the company twice the day before confirming the bus stop # with no response. The cherry on top was at the end of the convo I asked about refund and the women mumbled ‘okay I’ll work on that’ and hung up without saying bye, haha couldn’t believe that. Overall a very sad disappointing day for us, I wouldn’t recommend this company and if you use them I would be very very diligent and ask each driver which tour they are picking up and show them your ticket. I have contacted the 3rd party company for a refund and will be calling once I get back to the states.

We have refunded you the booking. We are very sorry for not be able to pick you up. As you said in your review, we tried twice on the pickup point but there was clearly some miscommunication but we will take full responsibility on that.
If an employee mistakenly calls you Jill it is because we have many customers every day and things go very smoothly most of the time, even though mistake happens every ones in a while. You were booked as Leah in our system. The guide usually comes to each stop and calls out the first name of the guests, as there often many people on each stop going on many different departures for golden circle.
Also, there is no point in showing up early to the pickup, the pickup starts at 8:30.
We also tried to reach from 8:30 to 9am but your phone seemed to be off, until you called us after 9am and the bus had left.
We also offered you to join a different departure that same day which you declined.
But thank you for the review and we hope you have good time in Iceland.

Enjoyable tour
A most enjoyable tour seeing the most popular sights from Reyjkavik. Our guide, Jon, provided us with so much valuable information and kept us entertained too. Fortunately there were only 12 people on the tour. With there being very little leg room between the seats, we were glad each couple had a row with 3 seats each. I was disappointed that our guide dropped us off at the bottom of Thingvellir. It was easier to get to the waterfall but we had to climb up the steep trail to the top of the cliff. The guide said it was less driving to do it this way. But it was much more difficult on the clients.

Golden Circle tour with Agnes
The Golden Circle Tour was amazing. Gave us plenty of time at each location to explore. Agnes, our guide, was the best tour guide we’ve had on our trip. So passionate and knowledgeable about Iceland.

An excellent day tour
I booked my tour with another service provider but was informed that these two companies combined their clients. The excellent communication about pick-ups and other details with the tour operator happened in whatsapp and email before and during the trip. Everything went perfectly. I really enjoyed my day. The vehicle was superb. I warmly recommend this one day excursion for getting a glimpse of the magical Icelandic nature.

Fantastic time
Best highlights of area and a good pace not too rushed but tomato farm a waste of time. Guide pleasant but some of other travelers didn't speak English and got lost for a while and guide yelled us for being annoyed as she insisted we be on bus and missed a waterfall and then sat on bus a half hour waiting for lost passengers

Great tour but no lunch at tomato farm
The tour itself was great. Our tour guide was Sebastián. Sebastián was very informative and helpful throughout the tour. All the locations were wonderful to visit and see. Very worth it! The only disappointment was the tomato farm. We spent 10 minutes at the tomato farm, enough to use the restroom and leave. It would have made the trip complete if we would have had the opportunity to have lunch there as advertised.

We were under the...
We were under the impression that the mini bus was 8-10 people. This one had 19.. it worked fine thought. Our guide was fantastic.
