Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, communication was easy and we were met on time with the smile, really appreciated it especially after traveling for 28 hours

Very friendly gentleman. The vehicle was clean and big enough for 5 people with 7 cases (I'd pre-arranged that). I'd also provided the destination address before we arrived in Bali - the driver didn't have that, lucky I did (an easy fix) or that may have been an issue.

Was there on time and waiting for us patiently and car was also clean with no issues happening all over

Driver was very kind but the car was older and the vent that prevents outside air from coming in was broken and we had to breath exhaust for 2 hours in Bali traffic.

Very easy pick up from airport. Driver was very friendly and shared of experience for being raised locally. Drive was safe and fast to hotel.
