Overall it was an OK experience. The group was way too large and the check-in process was confusing and long. It took over 40 minutes from the start time to leave for the first location. We got on in Siena but apparently this tour originated in Florence. As a result our group of three was not able to sit together on the bus. The tour guides were friendly and helpful but due to the size of the group it still led to a confusing day. The drop off site was different from the published location in the itinerary and we returned back to Siena two hours later than expected. With the three destinations, more time was spent in travel and waiting for the buses to load and unload than anything else. There were approximately 100+ people on this tour split between two large double decker buses. It would have been helpful to know prior to booking that there would be that many people. I may have chosen a different tours as I prefer not to travel in such large groups of tourists.
