One of the most beautiful experiences ever. From pickup, to the market visit, the information in the garden, the location, the cooking itself, and the meal - it was indescribably beautiful and we would do it again anytime. It was excellent, and if I could give more stars, I would. When we are in Chiang Mai again, we will book it again. Simply great!!

Fun and Educational morning of Thai Food
We had an amazing time. There were so many people doing the tour, but at the same time it felt so personal and fun. It was great for the kids, age 9 to 14.Our instructor Best was really the best. He had a class of around 10 people, and was still able to give everyone personalized attention, and even communicate with the ones that didn't speak English. Someone in our group had a birthday that day and she got sung to with a special mango sticky rice cake, and we didn't even tell the staff beforehand. Highly recomend!

Good but ….
Whilst the guide/instructor was very sweet and lovely and the activity did what it said on the tin, this place is a massive operation and I found it rather impersonal. In our ‘group’ there were 12 people and this was multiplied several times on the property so it was very busy with close to 100 people per session so it did feel ‘factory like’. It would have been a much more enjoyable experience if there were less people so if that’s what you’re looking for, this place isn’t for you. That said it was well priced and all the staff were lovely.

Recommendation
Super fun cooking workshop via Khiri travel.
In the morning first a visit to the market with Patrick. Then a tour of the location with an explanation of the herbs.
We learned to make soup, curries, and delicious Thai dishes here, and for dessert we had sticky mango rice. Overall, everything was well taken care of. Our daughters found this the most fun activity of the whole vacation.

Tasty dishes and a 10/10 chef!
The farm experience with the cooking class was very good. The hotel pickup was bad, since they put on the ticket that the pickup was at 8:30 in the morning and we were waiting without anyone coming. When we called to complain they told us they were picking us up at 11:30 AM, so they made us get up early for nothing due to their mistake, wasting a morning. Otherwise, it was okay.

Grandma’s Home Cooking School-Don’t miss this
We were 2 couples and had a private experience with Roger. We went to the market, shopped for ingredients and some to take home. Then we prepped and cooked our fabulous meal. Each of us our own cooking station and we actually cook our own food. Everything we cook was delicious. Roger was great. Patient and fun. Definitely a must. Definitely ask for Roger.

Must do experience while in Chiang Mai
Very well organized. The farm was very interesting and educational. It helped me to understand how these wonderful dishes are created from so many complex flavors and aromas. Classes were fun and tasty!
Our chef (Joyzza) was second to none!

Wonderful experience!!
Incredible experience. Highly recommended. Garnet could not have been a sweeter, kinder or more helpful instructor/host. We made three truly delicious Thai dishes with a mango sticky rice for dessert. Come hungry. All recipes given at the end. They thought of everything!! Loved it!!
